Abstract
INDONESIA : Komoditas tanaman hias memiliki prospek yang cukup bagus dalam peningkatan nilai ekonomi, salah satunya ialah anggrek Macodes petola, tanaman ini membutuhkan kelembaban udara yang tinggi, 50% atau lebih. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan zat pengatur tumbuh tunas (BAP, IBA, GA3, myoinositol dan mineral) dan umur planlet terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman macodes petola secara in vitro telah dilakukan di lab kultur jaringan UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung sejak bulan maret 2015 sampai dengan juni 2015. Menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial dengan tiga kali ulangan yang terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah zat pengatur tumbuh tunas (H) yang terdiri atas enam taraf (H0 = 0 ml L-1, H¬1 = 1 ml L-1, H2 = 1,5 ml L-1, H3 = 2 ml L-1, H4 = 2,5 ml L-1, H5 = 3 ml L-1). Faktor kedua adalah umur planlet (M) yang terdiri dari lima taraf (M1= 3 MST, M2= 6 MST, M3= 9 MST, M4= 12 MST, M5= 15 MST). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa aplikasi 2 ml L-1 dan 12 MST paling baik dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman Macodes Petola. ENGLISH : Ornamental plant commodity has a pretty good prospects in economic value, one of which is the Orchid Macodes petola this plant requires high humidity, 50% or more. The research to know the use of regulatory growing shoots (Bap, Iba, Ga3, myoinositol and minerals) and age planlet on the growth of macodes petola by in vitro has been done in the laboratory UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung since March 2015 until June 2015. Using Competely Randomized Design (CRD) factorial pattern repeats three times by which consist of two factors. The first factor is the regulatory substances growing shoots (H) consisting of six levels ( H0 = 0 ml L-1, H ¬ 1 = 1 ml L-1, H2 = 1.5 ml L-1, H3 = 2 ml L-1, H4 = 2.5 ml L-1, H5 = 3 ml L-1). The second factor is the age planlet (M) consisting of five levels (M1 = 3 MST, MST = 6 M2, M3 = 9 MST, M4, M5 MST = 12 = 3 MST). Results of the research showed that application of 2 ml L-1 and 12 MST is best in improving plant growth Macodes Petola.
