Abstract

INDONESIA Air merupakan faktor kebutuhan yang sangat penting bagi kelangsungan hidup manusia, sebelum dapat dikomsumsi oleh manusia air melewati proses Water Treatment Plant (WTP). WTP dapat memperlakukan air baku dari sungai, danau, waduk atau sumber bawah tanah lainnya agar menjadi air layak minum atau air bersih yang dapat digunakan manusia. Proses koagulasi merupakan salah satu proses yang sangat penting dalam WTP untuk mendestabilisasi muatan pada koloid dan partikel tersuspensi, termasuk bakteri dan virus, oleh suatu koagulan. Pemanfaatan sistem SCADA pada proses koagulasi untuk mempermudah melakukan pengawasan dan pengambilan data. Water Treatment Plant pada proses koagulasi ini menggunakan sensor kekeruhan air sebagai input untuk pengambilan data dan monitoring pada SCADA. Motor DC dan mini pompa sebagai aktuator on dan off sesuai dengan waktu yang ditentukan. Masukan air merupakan air sungai yang mempunyai kekeruhan sebesar 109 NTU. Sedangkan hasil setelah proses koagulasi mempunyai nilai 20.54 NTU hasil tersebut masih sesuai dengan parameter. Semua elemen dari sistem SCADA tersebut sudah bisa beroperasi pada proses koagulasi Water Treatment Plant (WTP). Mini pompa akan terbuka dan mengalirkan air hasil koagulasi ketika proses koagulasi selesai. ENGLISH Water is a very important factor needed for human survival, before it can be consumed by humans, water must go through the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) process. WTP can treat raw water from rivers, lakes, reservoirs or other underground sources to become potable water or clean water that can be used by humans. Utilization of SCADA systems in the coagulation process to facilitate monitoring and retrieval of data. The Water Treatment Plant in the coagulation process uses a water turbidity sensor as an input for data collection and monitoring in SCADA. DC motors and mini pumps as actuators on and off according to the specified time. Water input is a river water with turbidity of 109 NTU. While the results after the coagulation process have a value of 20.54 NTU these results are still in accordance with the parameters. All elements of the SCADA system can operate in the coagulation process of Water Treatment Plant (WTP). The mini pump will open and drain the coagulation water when the coagulation process is complete.
