Abstract

INDONESIA Rendahnya tingkat produktivitas kerja pegawai ditujukan dengan masih adanya beberapa target kerja yang belum tercapai dan masih adanya pegawai dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya tidak sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditentukan. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan tingkat produktivitas kerja pegawai diperlukan sebuah motivasi, pemberian motivasi kepada pegawai bisa berupa insentif material yaitu tambahan penghasilan yang diberikan kepada pegawai di luar gaji pokok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh insentif material terhadap produktivitas kerja di Dinas Penataan Ruang Kota Bandung serta memperoleh berbagai data dan permasalahan mengenai insentif material dan produktivitas kerja yang ada di Dinas Penataan Ruang Kota Bandung. Teori yang digunakan adalah Sarwoto (2014:235) yang mengemukakan bahwa terdapat 4 dimensi insentif material. Insentif material merupakan daya perangsang yang diberikan kepada karyawan berdasarkan prestasi kerjanya, berbentuk uang atau barang. Insentif material bernilai ekonomis atau cukup tinggi sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan. Kemudian untuk produktivitas kerja peneliti menggunakan teori Sedarmayanti (2014:237) yang di dalamnya terdapat 5 dimensi. Produktivitas kerja merupakan hubungan antara hasil nyata maupun fisik (barang) atau jasa dengan masukan yang sebenarnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif degan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang berada di Dinas Penataan Ruang Kota Bandung yang berjumlah 346 orang. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik sampel Slovin sebanyak 78 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner, studi kepustakaan, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisa data menggunakan skala likert, uji validitas, uji reabilitas, analisis korelasi, analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui nilai t hitung > t tabel yaitu (11.632 > 1668) maka Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima, artinya ada pengaruh secara signifikan antara insentif material terhadap produktivitas kerja di Dinas Penataan Ruang Kota Bandung. Kemudian diperoleh angka R sebesar 0,791 atau 79,1% menunjukan bahwa terjadi hubungan yang sangat kuat antara insentif material terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai di Dinas Penataan Ruang Kota Bandung. ENGLISH The low level of employee work productivity is aimed at the fact that there are still a number of work targets that have not been achieved and there are still employees in completing their work not according to the allotted time. Therefore, to increase the level of employee productivity, a motivation is needed, providing motivation to employees can be in the form of material incentives, namely additional income given to employees outside the basic salary. This study aims to determine how much influence material incentives have on work productivity in the Bandung City Spatial Planning Office. The theory used by researchers is according to Sarwoto (2014: 235) in which there are 4 dimensions of material incentives. Material insetivity is the stimulant power given to employees based on their performance, in the form of money or goods. Material incentives are economically valuable or high enough to improve employee welfare. Then for work productivity researchers use the theory of Sedarmayanti (2014: 237) in which there are 5 dimensions. Work productivity is a relationship between tangible results and physical (goods) or services with actual input The research method used is a quantitative research method with an associative approach. The population in this study were all employees who were in the Bandung City Spatial Planning Office off 346 people. The sample used was Slovin sample technique as many as 77 people. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, library studies, observation and documentation. In analyzing the data using the Likert scale, validity test, reliability test, correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing The results of the study can be known based on hypothesis testing that the value of t count> t table is (11,211> 1,944) then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between material incentives on work productivity in Bandung City Spatial Planning Office. Then the R number of 0.791 shows that there is a very strong relationship between material incentives for employee productivity. While the determination coefficient value of 62.6% is included in the influence of a fairly high criterion. So it can be concluded that there is a high enough effect of material incentives on work productivity in the Bandung City Spatial Planning Office
