Abstract
Research begins with the author's interest in graphic design applications that present signs through visual media, especially in the CorelDraw X7 application. Sign contained in the application that presents the implied meaning in the form of pins. This can be seen in the CorelDraw X7 application icon which seems to invite us to communicate using sign media to be able to carry out the functions contained in the sign so that users of this very popular application can be easily used by designers.
