Abstract
INDONESIA Tumbuhan Aglaia glabrata adalah spesies yang berasal dari genus Aglaia, keluarga Meliaceae yang belum banyak diteliti kandungan senyawa metabolit sekunder dan uji bioaktivitasnya. Tumbuhan ini diketahui memiliki banyak manfaat, salah satunya diduga memiliki aktivitas anti makan (antifeedant). Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengisolasi senyawa β-sitosterol dan aktivitas anti makan dari daun Aglaia glabrata fraksi n-heksana. Teknik isolasi yang digunakan adalah maserasi, Kromatografi Lapis Tipis (KLT), Kromatografi Vakum Cair (KVC), dan Kromatografi Kolom Gravitasi (KKG). Senyawa murni telah berhasil diisolasi, kemudian diuji aktivitas anti makan terhadap ulat Grayak (Spodoptera litura) sebagai bioindikator dan media uji daun Kubis (Brassica juncea L), serta identifikasi senyawa dengan FTIR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aktivitas anti makan yang tinggi pada ekstrak kasar n-heksana daun A.glabrata yaitu pada konsentrasi 10% (v/b) dengan nilai hambat makan 80,11%, dan untuk senyawa murni yaitu pada konsentrasi 1000 ppm dengan nilai hambat makan 28,27%. Kandungan senyawa murni dari hasil fraksinasi n-heksana daun Aglaia glabrata diperoleh senyawa β-sitosterol berdasarkan analisis FTIR dan uji fitokimia. ENGLISH Plant Aglaia glabrata is a species from the genus Aglaia, family Meliaceae that many have not studied the content of secondary metabolites and bioactivity test. This plant is known to have many benefits, one of which is thought to have antifeedant activity. The purpose of this study was to isolate the compound of β-sitosterol and antifeedant activity of leaf Aglaia glabrata. Isolation techniques used were maceration, Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC), Vacum Liquid Chromatography (KVC), and Chromatography Columns Gravity (KKG). Pure compounds have been isolated, then tested the activity of antifeedant the armyworm (Spodoptera litura) as bio-indicators and test medium Cabbage leaves (Brassica juncea L), as well as the identification of compounds with FTIR. The results showed high activity on antifeedant n-hexane crude extract of leaves A.glabrata is at a concentration of 10% (v/w) with a value of 80.11% resistor meal, and for the pure compound is 1000 ppm with a resistor value meal 28,27%. The content of pure compounds from the n-hexane fractionation Aglaia glabrata leaves β-sitosterol compounds obtained by FTIR analysis and phytochemical test.
