Abstract

Unemployment is one of the problems in Indonesia which until now has not found the right solution to deal with it. One advantage is the ignorance of the potential interests and talents that everyone has. Observing the human personality that is very helpful in introducing oneself that is able to improve one's potential, improve and develop it. One way to improve personality is to do psychology tests. Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is one of the psychological methods to determine one's potential interests and talents. But in practice most of them still use the old method by making questionnaire sheets given to the object to be filled out later. Then an appraisal system is carried out to get a conclusion from the amount of value obtained. Of course this is less efficient because it takes a long time and needs a lot of human error. To reduce the possibility of psychological testing, a psychological testing system is needed. The method used to build systems related to known cases with the Naïve Bayes Algorithm. Where in this study the Naïve Bayes method will determine whether the person's MBTI and how to suggest potential development. In addition to using Naïve Bayes, this research uses the Fisher Yates Shuffle algorithm to randomize the questionnaire given to the object. In this final research there will be an assessment of the level of achievement in research obtained from data on trust and the web. The accuracy rate obtained is 80%.
