Abstract

INDONESIA : Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Ulum Majalengka merupakan madrasah swasta yang telah terakreditasi A. Kepala Madrasah yang menjabat adalah Ibu Ende Nurbaetin, M.Pd.I . kepala Madrasah sebagai supervisor memiliki kemampuan mengadakan pengendalian terhadap guru-guru dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dan kualitas pembelajaran agar berlangsung secara efektif dan efisien. Dengan adanya proses supervisi akademik kepala madrasah yakni upaya meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kemampuan guru yang baik dan intensif ini supaya apa yang sudah direncanakan bisa tercapai dan benar-benar dikerjakan oleh tenaga pendidik maupun tenaga kependidikan. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui (1) latar alamiah MTs Darul Ulum (2) perencanaan supervisi akademik (3) pelaksanaan supervisi akademik (4) evaluasi/tindak lanjut supervisi akademik (5) faktor pendukung dan penghambat supervisi akademik MTs Darul Ulum Majalengka. Penelitian ini bertolak pada pemikiran bahwa untuk mencapai suatu tujuan supervisi akademik kepala madrasah yang efektif dan efisien supaya berjalan dengan lancar dan sesuai dengan apa yang dihaapkan perlu adanya pengelolaan manajemen yang baik pula agar terkelola secara sistematis dan terorganisir melalui 1) perencanaan, 2) pelaksanaan 3) evaluasi/tindak lanjut. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif, teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data, yaitu observasi, wawancara, an dokumentasi. Data tersebut diolah dengan cara unitisasi, kategorisasi data dan penafsiran yang dilajutkan dengan uji absah data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan supervisi akademik dengan menentukan tujuan, dan menentukan jadwal supervisi akademik. Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik yaitu dengan merealisasikan semua program yang teah direncanakan didasarkan pada aspek metode/teknik di dalam kelas, yang meliputi kunjungan kelas, dan observasi kelas. Evaluasi/tindak lanjut supervisi akademik terlebih dahulu mempelajari instrumen yang sudah digunakan dan catatan-catatan yang penting saat supervisi berlangsung. Bentuk dari tindak lanjut supervisi akademik di MTs Darul Ulum ialah memberi pembinaaan secara individu. Faktor pendukung dari spervisi akademik kepala madrasah dan guru mempunyai keakraban yang lebih. Faktor penghambat dari supervisi akademikdilihat dari segi waktu dan belum adanya buletin supervisi karena kurangnya motivasi dalam pelaksanaan supervisi akademk. Adapun hasil dari proses supervisi akademik kepala madrasah ketercapaian supervisi sesuai dengan rencana, dan berdampak terhadap guru yang selalu ada peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun terutama dalam mempersiapkan RPP. Bagi siswa dengan menjadi bertambah motivasi belajar siswa dengan dibuktikannya berbagai prestasi yang telah dicapai, baik tingkat provinsi maupun kabupaten. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan MTs Darul ulum dapat melengkapi semua data-data maupun instrumen agar supervisi dapat terlaksana dan mencapai suasana pembelajaran yang kondusif. ENGLISH : Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Ulum Majalengka is an accredited private madrasa A. The head of the Madrasah in office is Ms. Ende Nurbaetin, M.Pd.I. Madrasah heads as supervisors have the ability to control teachers with the aim of improving teacher performance and the quality of learning to take place effectively and efficiently. With the academic supervision process of the headmaster, namely the effort to improve and develop the ability of good and intensive teachers so that what has been planned can be achieved and really done by educators and education staff. The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the natural setting (2) planning of academic supervision (3) implementation of academic supervision (4) evaluation / follow-up of academic supervision (5) supporting factors and inhibiting academic supervision of MTs Darul Ulum Majalengka This research is based on the idea that to achieve an effective and efficient academic supervision of the headmaster of the madrasah, there is a need for good management to be managed systematically through 1) planning, 2) implementation 3) evaluation / follow-up. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, the technique used in data collection, namely observation, interview, and documentation. The data is processed by means of unitization, data categorization and interpretation which is followed by a valid data test. The results showed that the planning of academic supervision by setting goals, and determining the schedule of academic supervision. Academic supervision is carried out by realizing all programs that have been planned based on aspects of methods / techniques in the classroom, which include class visits, and class observations, then techniques outside the classroom which include, personal meetings, teacher meetings, and group discussions. Evaluation / follow-up of academic supervision first studies the instruments that have been used and the important notes during supervision. The form of follow-up to academic supervision at Darul Ulum MTs is to provide individual development. Supporting factors of the academic revision of the head of madrasa and teachers have more familiarity. The inhibiting factors of academic supervision are seen in terms of time and the absence of supervision bulletins due to lack of motivation in the implementation of academic supervision. As for the results of the academic headmaster's academic supervision process the achievement of supervision is in accordance with the plan, and has an impact on the teacher who always has an increase from year to year, especially in preparing lesson plans. For students by increasing student motivation to prove the various achievements that have been achieved, both provincial and district levels. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that Darul Ulum MTs can complete all the data and instruments so that supervision can be carried out and achieve a conducive learning atmosphere.
