Abstract

INDONESIA : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih dalam pemahaman, pemaknaan dan pengalaman wartawan dalam menjalankan profesinya, seperti apa perilaku yang mesti dilakukan agar wartawan dapat bekerja sebagai professional di bidang jurnalistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode dan teori fenomenologi Alfred Schutz, yang memandang dunia dari sudut pandang orang yang mengalaminya secara langsung dan makna yang ditempelkan padanya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 4 informan wartawan ayobandung.com. sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa profesionalisme kerja wartawan memahami professionalisme dalam profesi sebagai wartawan yang bertanggug jawab kepada public dalam mempublikasikan informasi yang sesuai fakta dilapangan dan menjalankan kode etik jurnalistik dengan baik dan tidak melanggarnya, menjaga kedekatan dengan narasumber. Dalam pemaknaan professionalisme dalam profesi sebagai profesionalisme harus dimiliki oleh setiap wartawan sehingga tidak menyalahgunakan profesi jurnalis serta dampak apa yang ditimbulkan dari professionalisme wartawan dalam masyarakat luas. Pengalaman wartawan dalam menjalankan tugasnya secara professional memiliki pengalaman yang berbeda-beda dalam menjalankan tugas liputanya. ENGLISH : The purpose of this research is to know more about the understanding, the use and experience of journalists in carrying out their profession, what is the behavior that must be done so that journalists can work as a professional in the field of journalistic. The study used a qualitative approach with the phenomenological method and theory of Alfred Schutz, who viewed the world from the perspective of the person experiencing it directly and the meaning attached to it. The research was conducted on 4 informant journalists ayobandung.com. While the data collection techniques in this research are with in-depth interview techniques and observations. The results of this research proved that the professionalism of journalists to understand professionalism in the profession as journalists who are responsible for the public in publishing information appropriate facts in the field and run the code of ethics Journalistic and do not break it, keep the closeness to the resource. In the use of professionalism in the profession as professionalism must be owned by every journalist so do not misuse the profession of journalists as well as the impact of journalists professionalism in the wider community. The experience of journalists in performing their duties professionally has different experiences in carrying out his own duties.
