Abstract
Pemanfaatan kontrol temperatur biasa digunakan pada suatu ruangan untuk mendapatkan suhu yang diinginkan. Makanan merupakan salah satu objek yang berhubungan dengan kondisi temperatur. Maka dari itu dibuat sistem Food Heater Portable menggunakan mikrokontroller Arduino Uno. Sistem ini merupakan suatu sistem untuk pengontrol suhu ruangan otomatis yang diaplikasikan pada tudung saji/box heater. Perancangan sistem ini terdiri dari hardware dan software. Hardware yang digunakan terdiri dari mikrokontroller arduino uno, sensor suhu LM35DZ, LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), relay 2 channel, keypad, dan heater element. Software yang dibuat pada perancangan sistem ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa C dengan software Arduino IDE. Bekerja dengan menampilkan nilai temperatur, nilai setpoint, dan kondisi heater pada layar LCD. Hasil pengujian kalibrasi menunjukkan error antara kedua sensor sebesar 1,35˚C atau 5,23%, pengujian peningkatan suhu pada box heater terdapat error sebesar 1,98˚C atau 11,95%, dan pengujian peningkatan suhu pada tudung saji terdapat error sebesar 1,00˚C atau 5,18%. ABSTRACT The use of temperature control is commonly used in a room to get the desired temperature. Food is one object that is related to temperature conditions. So from that made a system of Designing a Portable Food Heater Using an Arduino Uno Microcontroller. This system is a system for automatic room temperature control that is applied to the heater hood. The design of this system consists of hardware and software. The hardware used consists of an Arduino Uno microcontroller, LM35DZ temperature sensor, LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), 2 channel relay, keypad, and heater element. Software created on the design of this system is made using the C language with Arduino IDE software. This tool will work and display the temperature value, setpoint value, and heater conditions on the LCD screen. Result of calibration test of two censors have 1,35˚C or 5,23% error, test of raising temperature on heater box have 1,98˚C or 11,95% error , and test of raising temperature of cover dishes have 1,00˚C or 5,18% error.
