Abstract

INDONESIA Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh studi pendahuluan terhadap SMA Al-Ma’soem Jatinangor Sumedang dan SMA Nuruzzaman Cilengkrang Bandung dan ditemukan bahwa implementasi manajemen pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Islam pada kedua sekolah berasrama tersebut memiliki keunggulan khas, akan tetapi perlu diadakan penelitian ilmiah secara mendalam untuk dituangkan dalam konsep tertulis dan dapat menjadi pedoman manajerial pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meneliti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, faktor pendukung dan penghambat manajemen pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Islam pada SMA Al-Ma’soem Sumedang dan SMA Nuruzzaman Bandung. Kerangka berfikir dalam penelitian ini adalah : research problem dibahas dengan menggunakan teori Integrasi yaitu fungsi manajemen diterapkan ke dalam komponen pembelajaran, teori Sistem yaitu terdapat keterkaitan antar komponen pembelajaran sebagai satu kesatuan dan teori Taksonomi yaitu internalisasi nilai karakter dilakukan secara bertahap untuk menghasilkan siswa berkarakter yang berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam (indepth interview), observasi (observation) dan dokumentasi (documentation). Proses analisis data dilakukan mulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa manajemen pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Islam pada SMA Al-Ma'soem dan SMA Nuruzzaman diimplementasikan melalui pola pengintegrasian fungsi manajemen terhadap komponen pembelajaran yang terpadu secara efektif yang menghasilkan langkah-langkah antara lain: (1) Perencanaan dilaksanakan melalui perumusan nilai-nilai karakter dalam visi, misi, program sekolah di awal, tengah, dan akhir tahun akademik dan pada komponen pembelajaran secara terpadu; (2) Pengorganisasian melalui pembagian tugas pengelola dan stakeholders sekolah, dan pengintegrasian nilai karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Islam pada komponen pembelajaran berbasis kelas, budaya dan komunitas; (3) Pelaksanaan melalui pengarahan, rapat rutin, kompetisi siswa dan guru melalui standar prestasi, otonomi walikelas, pengajaran interaktif, pengembangan diri siswa; (4) Pengawasan melalui supervisi kelas,pemantauan terpadu, penilaian kinerja dan kehadiran guru, prestasi belajar dan kehadiran siswa; dan (5) Faktor penunjang: visi, misi berbasis nilai Islam, inovasi dan kompetisi melalui reward and punishment yang terukur, kewirausahaan siswa, pengawasan satu pintu, keteladanan guru, media memadai, kenyamanan lingkungan.Faktor penghambat yakni; perlu adanya optimalisasi pendidikan karakter pada: pembelajaran berbasis kelas, budaya sekolah dan komunitas, komitmen, administrasi pembinaan siswa, ketegasan pelaksana tugas, alat evaluasi pendidikan karakter Islami, pemetaan siswa, dan optimalisasi implementasi manajemen sesuai indikator fungsi. ENGLISH This research was motivated by a preliminary study of Al-Ma'soem Jatinangor Sumedang High School and Cilengkrang-Bandung Nuruzzaman High School and tobe found that the implementation of the Islamic values-based character education management at the boarding schools has distinctive advantages, but was needed to research in-depth scientific research to be poured in a written concept so that it could be a managerial guide to character education based on Islamic values ​​that are effective for boarding schools. The purpose of this research was to research of planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and supporting and inhibiting factors in management of character education based on Islamic values ​​at Al-Ma’soem High School Sumedang and Nuruzzaman High School Bandung. The framework of thinking in this research was : research problem was discussed using Integration theory, namely management functions applied to the learning component, System theory, which is a link between learning components as a whole and Taxonomy theory that was internalizing character values ​​was done in stages to produce character-based students Islamic values. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical method.The technique of data collection was done by in-depth interview, observation (observation), documentation (documentation). The data analysis process was carried out starting from data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this research showed that character education based on Islamic values ​​in SMA Al-Ma'soem and SMA Nuruzzaman was effectively implemented through a pattern of integrating management functions into an integrated learning component that effectively produces steps, among others; (1) Planning was carried out through the formulation of character values ​​in the vision, mission, school program at the beginning, middle, and end of the academic year and in the integrated learning component; (2) Organizing through the division of tasks of school managers and stakeholders, and integrating character values ​​based on Islamic values ​​on the components of class, culture and community based learning; (3) Implementation through directives, routine meetings, student and teacher competitions through achievement standards, autonomic autonomy , interactive teaching, self-development of students; (4) Supervision through class supervision, integrated monitoring, assessment of teacher performance and attendance, student achievement and attendance; and (5) Supporting factors: vision, Islamic values-based mission, innovation and competition through reward and punishment measurable, student entrepreneurship, one-door supervision, teacher exemplary, adequate media, environmental comfort. The inhibiting factor was; the need for optimization of character education in: classroom-based learning, school culture and community, commitments, administration of student development, assertiveness of task implementers, evaluation tools for Islamic character education, student mapping, and optimization of management implementation according to function indicators.
