Abstract

Komunikasi terapeutik memiliki peranan yang begitu penting dalam membantu proses kesembuhan pasien rawat inap. Penggunaan komunikasi terapeutik secara benar dapat membuat jiwa pasien menjadi tenang, karena perilaku atau bahasa tubuh (non verbal) yang ditampilkan petugas kesehatan seirama dengan ucapannya, dan itu akan membuat psikologi pasien merasa diperhatikan secara penuh, sehingga memunculkan motivasi yang tinggi pada pasien dalam berusaha untuk sembuh. Pada umunya komunikasi terapeutik itu dilakukan oleh perawat dan dokter, sebab komunikasi terapeutik merupakan critical skill-nya perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan, tapi saat ini di RSUD Ciamis komunikasi terapeutik dilakukan oleh petugas perawatan rohani Islam (Warois), hal tersebut tentunya akan berbeda dengan perawat primer dalam muatan pesan yang disampaikannya, sehingga dampak atau efek dari pesan yang disampaikannyapun akan berbeda, terhadap proses penyembuhan pasien, dengan apa yang dilakukan oleh perawat medis. Secara umum tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui komunikasi terapeutik yang dilakukan oleh Perawat Rohani Islam (Warois) dalam proses penyembuhan pasien rawat inap di RSUD Ciamis. 2) Untuk mengetahui metode dan teknik komunikasi terapeutik Warois. 3) Untuk mengetahui isi pesan komunikasi terapeutik Warois dalam proses penyembuhan pasien rawat inap di RSUD Ciamis. 4) Untuk mengetahui keberhasilan yang di capai dari komunikasi terapeutik Warois dalam membantu proses penyembuhan pasien rawat inap di RSUD Ciamis. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode fenomenologis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Setelah dilakukan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Komunikasi terapeutik petugas perawatan rohani Islam (Warois) dalam membantu proses penyembuhan pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Umum daerah (RSUD) Ciamis dilakukan dengan memakai teori komuniasi sirkuler dan dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap, dengan metode dan teknik yang berpariasi. Adapun proses komunikasi terapeutik petugas Warois diawali dengan tahap prainteraksi, orientasi, kerja (inti) dan terminalisasi. Keberhasilan komunikasi terapeutik petugas perawatan rohani Islam dapat dilihat dari adanya respon positif pada pasien dan keluarga, yaitu ada dan terjadinya perubahan prilaku pada diri pasien dan keluarga. ENGLISH : Therapeutic communication has a very important role in helping the healing process of inpatients. The use of therapeutic communication can correctly give the patient's soul calm, because the body's behavior or language (non-verbal) that is displayed by health workers is in line with his words, and that will make the patient's psychology feel cared for, resulting in high motivation in trying to recover. . In general, therapeutic communication is carried out by nurses and doctors, because therapeutic communication is the critical skill of nurses in providing nursing care, but currently in Ciamis Hospital therapeutic communication is carried out by Islamic spiritual care officers (Warois), this will certainly be different from nurses primary in the content of the message conveyed, so that the impact or effect of the message delivered will be different from the healing process of the patient, with what is done by the primary nurse. In general the objectives of this study are: 1) To find out therapeutic communication carried out by Islamic Spiritual Nurses (Warois) in the process of healing inpatients in Ciamis Hospital. 2) To find out Warois's therapeutic communication methods and techniques. 3) To find out the contents of Warois's therapeutic communication message in the process of healing inpatients in Ciamis Hospital. 4) To find out the success achieved from Warois therapeutic communication in helping the healing process of inpatients in Ciamis Hospital. This research method uses a phenomenological method with a qualitative approach. After conducting research, it can be concluded that therapeutic communication of Islamic spiritual care officers (Warois) in helping the healing process of inpatients at the Ciamis Regional General Hospital (RSUD) is carried out in several stages, with various methods and techniques. The Warois therapeutic communication process begins with pre-action, orientation, work (core) and terminalization stages. The success of therapeutic communication of Islamic spiritual care officers can be seen from the positive response in patients and families, namely there is and the occurrence of behavioral changes in patients and families.
