Abstract

This research is based on the purpose of describing the results of the survey regarding: 1) planning of facilities and infrastructure; 2) procurement of facilities and infrastructure; 3) maintenance of facilities and infrastructure; 4) inventory of facilities and infrastructure; 5) removal of facilities and infrastructure. Research on educational facilities and infrastructure management at MA Nasyrul Ulum, Cilegon City is a descriptive study with survey methods and qualitative approaches. The subjects of this study were the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Madrasah, treasurer, and teacher (person in charge of infrastructure). Techniques for collecting data by interview, observation, document study. Test the validity of the data by triangulation of methods and triangulation of sources. This data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman models, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show: 1) Infrastructure planning is divided into program infrastructure planning, and households. Planning of program facilities and infrastructure is made by the madrasa with the foundation with the stages of the madrasah coordination meeting, the determination of the madrasa program, and the determination of program infrastructure needs. Household infrastructure planning is made by the madrasa itself with the needs reporting stage, processing of report data, and determining household infrastructure needs. 2) Procurement of idccnfrastructure facilities is divided into the provision of program infrastructure, and households. Procurement of program infrastructure through a proposal approval process from the madrasa and sometimes the foundation procures with the foundation's cash fund first and then exchanges receipts by the madrasa. The procurement of household infrastructure uses BOS funds and donors which must be used up every year so that at the end of the year the madrasa must spend the rest of the budget. 3) Maintenance of madrasa infrastructure by Deputy Head of Madrasah (person in charge of infrastructure). Madrasah maintenance is the responsibility of the room and class. 4) Inventory of educational infrastructure facilities carried out according to the guidelines of the Directorate General of Quality Improvement of Teachers and Education Personnel of the Ministry of National Education in 2007. The process carried out on data collection on infrastructure. 5) The elimination of educational infrastructure is determined by the head of the madrasah by coordinating the Deputy Head of Madrasah and treasurer through the sale of damaged goods and used goods.
