Abstract

INDONESIA : Siswa dan Ketua Pelaksana Praktek Kerja Lapangan sering mengalami kesulitan untuk menentukan tempat Praktek Kerja Lapangan. Pemilihan tempat pelaksanaan Praktek Kerja Lapangan seringkali tidak sesuai dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh siswa. Sehingga siswa tidak bisa mempergunakan kemampuan yang dimilikinya secara optimal. Bahkan dunia industri tempat pelaksanaan Praktek Kerja Lapangan merasa terganggu karena mendapati siswa yang tidak memiliki kemampuan yang sesuai dengan posisi dimana siswa tersebut ditempatkan. Kemudian masalah yang sering muncul yaitu sedikitnya ketersediaan posisi pekerjaan yang cocok atau sesuai dengan jurusan atau program dari peserta didik. Kemudian permasalahan dari dunia industri biasanya sedikit, dan dari seluruh Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan yang ada di Tasikmalaya misalkan tidak tertampung seluruhnya oleh dunia industri yang sesuai dengan program keahlian. Penerapan metode Profile Matching dan Weight Product dalam sistem pendukung keputusan ini berjalan dengan baik. Dari hasil analisis yang didapatkan ialah hasil perangkingan nilai terbesar untuk yang di terima dan yang terkecil tidak diterimanya siswa tersebut untuk dijadikan bahan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. ENGLISH : Students and the Chief of the Implementing the Job Training often find it difficult to determine the place of the Job Training. The choice of place for the implementation of the Job Training is often not in accordance with the abilities possessed by students. So students cannot use their abilities optimally. Even the industrial world where the implementation of the Job Training feels disturbed because it finds students who do not have the ability in accordance with the position where the student is placed. Then the problem that often arises is the lack of availability of suitable job positions or in accordance with the department or program of the students. Then the problems from the industrial world are usually few, and from all the Vocational High Schools in Tasikmalaya, for example, are not accommodated entirely by the industrial world in accordance with the expertise program. The application of Profile Matching and Weight Product methods in this decision support system is going well. From the results of the analysis obtained is the results of ranking the greatest value for the received and the smallest students do not receive it to be used as material in the decision making process.
