Abstract

INDONESIA : Apotek adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang farmasi. Dalam hal ini, apotek menyediakan pelayanan serta menyediakan bahan kefarmasian berupa obat-obatan. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan apotek secara konsisten, pemilihan supplier atau pemasok sangatlah penting. Apotek cenderung memiliki beberapa supplier obat. Hal tersebut seringkali menyebabkan apotek kesulitan dalam memilih supplier yang dapat bekontribusi dengan baik dengan apotek. Pemilihan supplier yang tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan kerugian bagi pihak apotek. Untuk dapat menentukan supplier yang baik, diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu dalam mengambil keputusan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan ini yaitu metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan pihak Apotek Daris, kriteria yang digunakan dalam menyeleksi atau dalam memilih supplier obat tersebut yaitu kualitas, harga, kelengkapan, waktu pengiriman, tempo pembayaran dan pelayanan. Pemberian bobot dan pemberian nilai untuk masing-masing kriteria dan subkriteria ditentukan Apotek Daris situ sendiri. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penilitian ini adalah 20 supplier. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini yaitu urutan prioritas supplier obat terbaik bagi Apotek Daris yang dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan bagi pengambil keputusan dalam menentukan atau memilih supplier obat. Dari 20 supplier yang dijadikan sebagai sampel, didapatkan skor atau nilai akhir terbesar yaitu pada PT. Tempo sebesar 0,9033. Sedangkan untuk tingkat akurasi, didapatkan hasil 100% antara perhitungan menggunakan sistem dengan perhitungan secara manual. ENGLISH : Pharmacy is a company engaged in pharmaceuticals. In this case, the pharmacy provides services and provides pharmaceutical materials in the form of medicines. To meet the pharmacy needs consistently, the selection of suppliers or suppliers is very important. Pharmacies tend to have several drug suppliers. This often makes it difficult for pharmacies to choose suppliers that can contribute well to pharmacies. Incorrect selection of suppliers can cause harm to the pharmacy. To be able to determine a good supplier, we need a system that can help in making decisions. The method used in making this decision is the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. Based on the results of interviews with Daris Pharmacy, the criteria used in selecting or selecting suppliers of these drugs are quality, price, completeness, delivery time, payment tempo and service. Giving weights and grading values for each criterion and sub-criterion is determined from there Pharmacy itself. The number of samples used in this study were 20 suppliers. The results obtained from this study are the priority order of the best drug suppliers for Daris Pharmacy that can be taken into consideration for decision makers in determining or choosing a drug supplier. Of the 20 suppliers used as samples, the largest score or final value is obtained at PT. Tempo of 0.9033. As for the level of accuracy, 100% results are obtained between calculations using the system with manual calculations.
