Abstract

INDONESIA Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Layanan Bimbingan Karier di MAN 1 kuningan yang menerapkkan Metode Sosiodrama pada siswa kelas XII. Dengan adanya layanan bimbingan karier melalui pendekatan sosiodrama diharapkan siswa mampu memutusakan dan mengambil tindakan kariernya sendiri dengan baik. Sesuai judul yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini yaitu Layanan Bimbingan Karier melalui Pendekatan Sosiodrama dalam Upaya menunjang Karier Siswa, menunjukan bahwa Layanan bimbingan karier yang ada di MAN 1 Kuningan mencakup tiga unsur yang dikaji yaitu berupa Layanan informasi, Layanaan orientasi, serta Layanan mediasi mampu menunjang karier siswanya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mereka yang mengikuti pelaksanaan bimbingan karier merasakan manfaat dari layanan tersebut, berupa manfaat dalam menentukan dan mempersiapkan perencanaan kariernya setelah lulus dari sekolah. Selain membentuk mereka menjadi pribadi yang lebih percaya diri, mereka juga mengatakan bahwa mereka dapat mengetahui lebih luas informasi tentang dunia karier yang akan segera ditekuninya. ENGLISH This study aims to determine the Career Guidance Services in MAN 1 brass who apply the Sociodrama Method to class XII students. With the existence of career guidance services through the sociodrama approach, students are expected to be able to make decisions and take good care of their own careers. In line with the title raised in this study, Career Guidance Services through the Sociodrama Approach in Supporting Student Careers, shows that career guidance services in MAN 1 Kuningan include three elements that are reviewed, namely in the form of information services, orientation funding, and mediation services capable of supporting careers the students. The results of this study indicate that those who follow the implementation of career guidance feel the benefits of these services, in the form of benefits in determining and preparing for career planning after graduating from school. In addition to forming them into individuals who are more confident, they also say that they can find out more broadly information about the career world that will soon be occupied.
