Abstract

ENGLISH This thesis named is The Criticism Study from A Hassan to Hadith Waqaf at Kuttub Bulughul Maram Min Adhilatil Ahkam, as the focus of study. The author tries to reveal syarh method used by Ulama Indonesian from this translated a kuttub fiqh. Where is the research use approuch library reseach method. The reason of the writer the research, causes have some a interesting to be know : First, it was found 1596 hadith from the kuttub arranged thematically, but this research focus more on syarh (explanation). As in the introduction of translated the kuttub, that in several chapters discussion opposite hadith an shahih or dhoif. Second, there are terms Ushulfiqh and Musholah Hadith in each clause. Third, asked about the note or explanation A Hassan in the translation. INDONESIA Didalam skripsi yang berjudul Studi Kritis atas Pemahaman A Hasan Terhadap Hadis Bulughul Maram Min Adinatil Hukm Karya Ibnu Hajar Al Asqolani sebagai focus kajian. Penulis mencoba untuk mengungkap tentang metodologi syarah (keterangan) hadis yang digunakan ulama Indonesia ini terhadap kitab fiqh yang telah diterjemahkannya tersebut. Dimana penelitian ini bersifat kepustakaan murni ( library research ). Alasan penulis dalam memilih kitab ini karena terdapat beberapa hal yang menarik untuk diteliti, pertama: terdapat 1596 hadis yang tersusun secara tematik di dalam kitab ini. Akan tetapi peneliti hanya mengkaji khusus tentang bab yang memang terdapat secara langsung bentuk syarh (penjelasan). Seperti hal nya dalam muqodimah penerjemahan ini, bahwa dalam beberapa bab terdapat hadis-hadis yang seolah bertolak belakang, dengan artian bahwa terdapat hadis yang shahih maupun dhoif dalam satu bab. Kedua: adanya istilah – istilah dari keterangan pasal perpasal secara ringkas baik berupa istilah Ushulfiqh, maupun istilah dalam musthalahul hadis. Ketiga: menyoal tentang beberapa keterangan ataupun catatan – catatan kecil penerjemah dalam beberapa hadis yang tertera.
