Abstract

INDONESIA: Kemajuan teknologi berkembang pesat, terutama di bidang kesehatan yang dapat membantu masyarakat untuk menjalani hidup mereka tanpa adanya gangguan defisiensi fisik, terutama di kalangan penyandang cacat. Dengan menggunakan pengendalian alat elektronik menggunakan pulse width modulation (PWM) berbasis arduino melalui android bagi penyandang disabilitas menjadi salah satu solusi untuk memudahkan aktivitas penyandang cacat setiap hari di bidang electronic control terutama lampu dan kipas angin. Mengontrol perangkat elektronik menggunakan android 6.0.1, arduino nano v3, modul bluetooth v4, dan IC L293D. Sistem kerja pengendalian alat elektronik menggunakan pulse width modulation (PWM) berbasis arduino melalui android bagi penyandang disabilitas data yang dikirim via bluetooth android akan menerima data dari modul bluetooth yang kemudian diolah pada arduino nano, kemudian dikirim pada modul IC L293D yang akan terus digerakkan. Elektronik terutama lampu dan kipas yang bisa diatur intensitasnya di android. Hasil pengujian dari sistem ini adalah alat yang berhasil mengendalikan intensitas menggunakan PWM dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100% dari 5 percobaan dengan nilai PWM mulai dari 5 untuk lampu hingga 255, dan nilai PWM dari 25 sampai kipas sampai dengan 255. ENGLISH: Technological advancements are rapidly growing, especially in the field of health that can help the people order to live their lives without any disruption of physical deficiency, especially among persons with disabilities. By using electronic equipment control using pulse width modulation (PWM) arduino based through android for disabled people becomes one of the solutions to facilitate the activities of people with disability every day in electronic control especially lamp and fan. Controling the electronic devices using android 6.0.1, arduino nano v3, bluetooth v4 module, and IC L293D. working system of electronic equipment control using pulse width modulation (PWM) arduino based through android for disabled people that data sent via bluetooth android will be accepted bluetooth module which then processed on arduino nano, then sent on L293D IC module which will be continued to drive electronics especially lights and fans that can be set intensity on android. The test result of this system is a tool successfully controlling intensity using PWM with 100% success rate from 5 experiments with PWM value ranging from 5 for lamps up to 255, and PWM value from 25 to fan up to 255.
