Abstract
INDONESIA : Relasi antara pengemudi transportasi online dengan pengelola usaha transportasi online seharusnya merujuk pada relasi kemitraan. Namun interaksi yang terjalin menunjukan adanya hierarki kekuasaan. Sistem kerja dinilai mengalami alienasi terhadap pengemudi transportasi online yang tidak memiliki kuasa atas regulasi perusahaan. Seolah terjadi skenario eksploitasi yang melahirkan unsur antagonisme kelas sehingga tidak tercipta kesetaraan yang sejatinya melekat dengan konsepsi kemitraan.Dengan menggunakan perspektif Marx berkaitan dengan kelas-kelas sosial,kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskusikan bagimana alienasi kerja transportasi online terjadi ditengah relasi kemitraan. Melalui studi literatur, kami berargumen bahwa meskipun interaksi antara pengemudi transportasi online dengan pengelola dikonstruksi dalam konsep kemitraan, tetapi ia merepresentasikan adanya relasi kuasa.Kajian ini mengungkap adanya paradoks relasi kemitraan yang terjalin antara pengemudi transportasi online dengan pengelola sehingga melahirkan ketidakpuasan dan konflik antar kelas.Dalam kasus transportasi online, kelas tercipta karena adanya pendikotomian sistem kerja. ENGLISH : Relationships between online transportation drivers and online transportation business managers should shape partnership relations. But the interwined interactions indicate to the hierarchy of power. The work system is considered alienated from online transportation drivers who have no authority over company regulations. As if there is an exploitation scenario that provoked the elements of class antagonism. Therefore, the equality is not created. It should be inherently attached to the conception of partnership. Using Marx’s perspective regard with social classes, this study aims to discuss how alienation of online transportation work takes place in the middle of a partnership relationship. Trough the literature study, we argue that although the interaction between online transportation drivers and managers is constructed in the concept of partnership, it represents a power relationship. This study reveals the paradox of the partnership relationship between online transportation drivers and managers, giving rise to dissatisfaction and conflict between classes. In the case of online transportation, class is created because of the dichotomy of the work system.
