Abstract
The development of Coronavirus disease-19 pandemics has begun to threaten the health and millions of people's lives, both medically and psychologically. WHO has issued guidelines for managing this problem from a biomedical and psychological perspective.The emergency of intervention in psychological crises caused by the Coronavirus disease-19 pandemic requires special advocacy through online counseling services (e-counseling) in various approaches, including one religious approach. The purpose of writing this article is to briefly explain the internet-based counseling service platform in advocating for the psychological impact of Coronavirus disease-19 pandemics conducted by the Lidzikri Foundation. This online counseling service is carried out as a preventative measure against psychological and behavioral problems such as depression, anxiety, phobia, trauma, anxiety, stress, and community fears due to the Coronavirus disease-19 pandemic. The method used in writing this article is virtual ethnography. This method is expected to reveal the construction of the study object based on the digital footprint from a psychological advocacy program platform to the impact Coronavirus disease-19 pandemics in online counseling conducted by the Lidzikri Foundation. In the PSBB situation, the use of virtual ethnographic methods is very relevant to the current situation. The results and conclusions show that psychological advocacy programs due to the impact of the Coronavirus disease-19 pandemic on internet-based of religious counseling services carried out by the Lidzikri Foundation have presented the following platforms: (a) easy and secure platforms, (b) assessment procedures that are strong, (c) religious-based psychological care content through text, audio, and video sharing, (d) the role of a counselor can be carried out effectively and can maintain the confidentiality of counseling or client data, (e) cost-effective, and (f) integrated with services other online counseling, such as online medical health services.
