Abstract

Penelitian ini didorong oleh Pandemi Covid-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019) yang sampai pertengahan April 2020 sudah merambah ke lebih dari 212 negara dan sudah menjangkiti lebih dari 2 juta jiwa manusia serta sudah merenggut 134.610 jiwa manusia di dunia. Hadits-Hadits shahih memiliki petunjuk lengkap yang sudah teruji secara empiris untuk memproteksi diri yang sekaligus memutus mata rantai penularan virus, namun norma norma itu belum difahami dengan baik oleh mayoritas masyarakat dewasa ini. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan prosedur lengkap proteksi diri saat pandemi Covid-19 berdasarkan Hadits Hadits shahih. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menerapkan metode deskriptif analitis. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik studi literatur dan studi dokumentasi, lalu data dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan dan teknik analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan Hadits-Hadits shahih ada serangkaian prosedur hirarki yang harus dilakukan oleh setiap individu untuk memproteksi diri dan masyarakatnya ketika terjadi pandemi Covid-19 yang jika seluruh langkah proteksi diri itu dilakukan dengan baik akan mampu memutus mata rantai penyebaran Covid-19 dan berbagai jenis virus lainnya yang memiliki kesamaan karakter dalam proses penyebarannya. Langkah-langkah itu dimulai dari menjauhkan diri dari wabah, senantiasa berdo’a, tawakal kepada Allah, menggunakan masker setiap saat, senantiasa mencuci tangan, mengkonsumsi makanan dan minuman yang halal, sehat, lezat, dan bergizi, dan optimis bahwa Allah akan mengakhirinya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dalam Hadits-Hadits shahih terdapat protap untuk memproteksi diri dari berbagai wabah penyakit yang secara empiris sudah teruji kehandalannya. Penulis menyarakan agar seluruh protap proteksi diri ini diterapkan sepenuhnya oleh masyarakat. Kata kunci: covid-19; hadits shahih; proteksi diri Abstract This research was encouraged by Pandemic Covid-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019) which until mid-April 2020 has penetrated more than 212 countries and infected more than 2 million people and killed 134,610 people in the world. The authentic Hadiths have complete instructions that have been empirically tested to protect people and at the same time break the chain of transmission of the virus, but the norms are not yet well understood by the majority of people today. This study aims to explain the complete procedures for self-protection during the Covid-19 pandemic based on the authentic Hadiths. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying descriptive analytical methods. Data were collected using literature study and documentation studies, then, data were analyzed using qualitative analysis approaches and techniques. The results show that based on authentic Hadiths there is a series of hierarchical procedures that must be carried out by each individual to protect themselves and their communities when the Covid-19 pandemic occurs, if all self-protection measures are carried out well they will be able to break the chain of spread of Covid-19 and various other types of viruses that have the same character in the process of spreading. The steps start from staying away from the plague, always praying, trusting God, wearing masks all the time, always washing hands, consuming halal food, drinks that are healthy, delicious, and nutritious, and optimistic that God will end it. This study concludes that in authentic Hadiths there are procedures for protecting people from various outbreaks of disease which have been empirically tested for their reliability.
