Abstract
INDONESIA : Dalam dunia industri etos kerja sangat penting didalam dunia industri sebagai penunjang produktivitas suatu perusahaan. PT. Remaja Rosdakarya memiliki etos kerja yang baik dibuktikan dengan terpenuhinya target-target perusahaan pertahunnya sehingga membuat produktivitas perusahaan pun ikut baik. Untuk menimbulkan rasa tanggung jawab dan komitmen para karyawannya PT. Remaja rosdakarya melakukan konseling pendekatan Islami, hal tersebut bertujuan agar para karyawannya dapat menjaga etos kerja yang dimilikinya dalam bekerja. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil hitung menggunakan SPSS versi 16 menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara konseling industri pendekatan Islami terhadap etos kerja karyawan di PT. Remaja Rosdakarya dengan nilai Pv (0.01) menunjukan bahwa PV lebih kecil dari pada α (0.05) maka Ho ditolak. ENGLISH : In the industrial world the work ethic is very important as supporting the productivity of a company. PT. Remaja Rosdakarya has a good work ethic as evidenced by the fulfillment of the company’s annual targets so as to make the company’s productivity go well. To create a sense of responsibility and commitment of its employees, PT. Remaja Rosdakarya conducts Islamic approach counseling, it aims to ensure that its employees can maintain their work ethic at work.The results of the study based on the results of calculations using SPSS version 16 show that the value of Pv (0.01) is smaller than α (0.05) then Ho is rejected. Meaning there is a relationship between industrial counseling Islamic approach to the work ethic of employees at PT. Remaja Rosdakarya.
