Abstract

INDONESIA : Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah adalah salah satu usaha pemerintah untuk mencapai keunggulan masyarakat bangsa dalam penguasaan ilmu dan teknologi secara bekualitas dan berkelanjutan baik secara makro, meso, maupun mikro. Kerangka makro erat kaitannya dengan upaya politik yang saat ini sedang ramai dibicarakan yaitu desentralisasi kewenangan dari pemerintah pusat ke daerah, aspek meso erat kaitannya dengan kebijakan daerah tingkat provinsi sampai tingkat kabupaten, sedangkan aspek mikro melibatkan seluruh sektor dan lembaga pendidikan yang paling bawah, tetapi terdepan dalam pelaksanaannya, yaitu sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk ; a. Mengetahui latar alamiah SMA Darul Hikam Kota Bandung., b. Mengetahui landasan pelaksanaan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di SMA Darul Hikam Kota Bandung, c. Mengetahui proses implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di SMA Darul Hikam Kota Bandung, d. Mengetahui dampak Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di SMA Darul Hikam Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori Mulyasa dan G. F. Terry juga memakai metode deskriptif. Peneliti mendeskripsikan temuan-temuan dari fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan dengan menggunkan teknik pengamatan, wawancara dan study dokumentasi. Sumber data utama adalah sebagai key informant. Dilanjutkan dengan snowball process yaitu Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat landasan filosofis dan yuridis dalam pelaksanaan MBS. Penelitian ini pun membuka paradigm baru terkait konsep pelaksanaan MBS yang melibatkan seluruh warga di sekolah demi terlaksananya system MBS yang sinergis dan berkesinambungan. Sehingga dampaknya pun memberikan output yang positif bagi kemajuan dan perkembangan sekolah. Penelitian ini menjadi bahan pembelajaran dan pengembangan dalam dunia pendidikan khususnya dalam ranah pelaksanaan MBS di sekolah-sekolah islam swasta di Kota Bandung ENGLISH : School Based Management is the one of Governments program to achieve the good and high culture society for education and technology as well as sustainable from low, middle until high. High category is related with a political due is trending in this era like a decentralization among regulation of the Government from top to down, middle category is related with Government regulation from province to city or district, and low category is joining all of sectoral and educational organization from the deepest but very front for actuating, is a school. This research orientation is to observe about the background of the school, philosophy of School Based Management, implementation of School Based Management and the effect from School Based Management in Darul Hikam Senior High School. This research is using a qualitative research that oriented to the results of observations or direct observations and interviews. Data collection is done by starting with the approach and research method, determining the type and source of research data, determining the place and time of research, research data collection techniques, research data analysis techniques, and testing techniques for validity of research data which are then agreed upon by the institution where the author research. The author is describe the fact and phenomena that happen during the process in field that using a view, interview and documentation studying techniques. The mainly data is become an information key. Its continued by snowball process. This research output is to show up that School Based Management have a strategic thing to do and significant to increase the quality of educational organization. This research is also opened the new point of view related a concept of School Based Management implementation that joining all of school society for realize the good implementation of system that synergy and sustainable. After than, the effect is make a positive value for the growth of the school. This research is also become an information matery for discovering in education world literally in the way of School Based Management implementation in the Islamic school in Bandung city.
