Abstract
Brokoli (Brassica oleracea L.) termasuk kedalam jenis sayuran yang cukup banyak diminati. Brokoli merupakan sumber antioksidan yang melimpah dan termasuk jenis sayuran Cruciferae. Permintaan pasar akan brokoli semakin meningkat, sedangkan produksi brokoli mengalami penurunan beberapa tahun terakhir. Terjadi penurunan dan produksi brokoli di Indonesia dipengaruhi beberapa faktor seperti kultur teknis yang kurang baik sehingga kebutuhan akan konsumsi brokoli yang tinggi belum tercukupi. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasinya yaitu dengan pemupukan. Pupuk organik dapat menyediakan hara organik bagi tanaman, memperbaiki struktur tanah, dan menahan air dalam tanah, sedangkan bakteri Azotobacter sp merupakan bakteri heterotroph berfungsi sebagai penyedia hara dalam tanah sehingga dapat tersedia bagi tanaman. Bakteri ini mampu menghasilkan N tersedia bagi tanaman melalui fiksasi nitrogen dan menaikkan biomassa tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh dan dosis optimum bohasi limbah baglog jamur tiram putih dan Azotobacter sp terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil brokoli (Brassica oleracea L) Varietas BL 14007. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 2 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan pertama yaitu: Bohasi Baglog jamur tiram = 0 t ha-1; 10 t ha-1; 20 t ha-1; dan 30 t ha-1. Perlakuan kedua yaitu: Bakteri Azotobacter sp = 0 ml tanaman-1; 5 ml tanaman-1; dan 10 ml tanaman-1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadinya interaksi antara bohasi limbah baglog jamur tiram putih (30 t ha-1) dan Azotobacter sp (10 ml tan-1 terhadap parameter berat basah brangkasan, berta kering brangkasan, bobot brokoli dan nisbah pupus akar. Secara mandiri pengaruh perlakuan bohasi limbah baglog jamur tiram putih m3 dan Azotobacter sp berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun dan diameter brokoli. Pemberian dosis bohasi limbah baglog jamur tiram putih 30 t ha-1 dan Azotobacter sp 10 ml tan-1 merupakan dosis optimum pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman brokoli dengan produktivitas 5,8 t ha-1. Broccoli (Brassica oleracea L.) is a type of vegetable that is quite popular. Broccoli is an abundant source of antioxidants and one of the Cruciferae vegetables. Market demand for broccoli is increasing, while broccoli production has decreased in recent years. The decline in broccoli production in Indonesia is influenced by several factors, such as inadequate technical culture so that the need for high broccoli consumption has not been fulfilled. Efforts are made to overcome it, namely fertilization. Organic fertilizers serve to provide organic nutrients for plants, improve soil structure, and hold water in the soil, while the Azotobacter sp. A heterotrophic bacterium that functions as a nutrient provider in the soil so that it can be available for plants. These bacteria are able to produce N available to plants through nitrogen fixation and increase plant biomass. The purpose of this study was to study the effect and optimum dose between white oyster mushroom baglog waste and Azotobacter sp on growth and yield of broccoli (Brassica oleracea L) BL 14007 variety. The method used in this study was a randomized block design with 2 treatments and 3 replications. The first treatments were: Oyster Mushroom Bohasi Baglog = 0 t ha-1; 10 t ha-1; 20 t ha-1; and 30 t ha-1. The second treatments were: Bacteria Azotobacter sp = 0 ml plant-1; 5 ml of plant-1; and 10 ml of plant-1. The results showed an interaction between stale white oyster mushroom baglog waste (30 t ha-1) and Azotobacter sp (10 ml tan-1) on the parameters of wet weight of stover, dry weight of stover, broccoli weight and root drop ratio. baglog waste of m3 white oyster mushroom and Azotobacter sp significantly affected the parameters of plant height, number of leaves and diameter of broccoli. broccoli plants with a productivity of 5.8 t ha-1.
