Abstract

The main problem in the research is the academic performance is still low. It’s thought to have been caused by the three elements role not done optimally yet. The three elements role are lecturer, student and administrator sector. The method used in the research is inferential research and the research technics are observation, interview, documental history and questionnaire. The aim of the research to collect data, facta and problems analyses and directly or indirectly we want to know and increase for academic nuance as theorital, also who want to know about them deeply. The results of research, there are three elements role for support Islamic learning society. As a system theorically, the academic performance are consist of input (Regulation, Stakeholders, strategic plan, and The Prime Scienctific model), Process (Academic Atmosphere/akhlak kharimah, academic quality, and administration quality services), output (Islamic learning society). Conclusion: The good academic atmosphere (akhlak kharimah) is important for the continuance in the university. The sinergity, innovation, and harmonization must be ongoing best. The Prime of Scientific Model (PIP) as a grand design of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. We elaborate it for the best life of academic atmosphere right now and the future.
