Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui Sifat dan Karakteristik dari ZnO Nanopartikel-TiO2/Co-PVDF Nanofiber Komposit Mengetahui Prinsip Kerja Proses Elektrospinning dan Casting untuk Memfiltrasi air , dan Mengetahui Hasil dari ZnO Nanopartikel-TiO2/Co-PVDF Nanofiber Komposit menggunakan Metode Elektrospinning dan Casting. Metode penelitian dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu dengan metode casting dan metode Elektrospinning dimana metode casting menghasilkan sebuah membran sedangkan metode Elektrospinning menghasilkan sebuah nanofiber. Nanofiber yaitu kumpulan serat yang berukuran nano dengan ukuran 10-1000 nm, sedangkan membran yaitu alat pemisah berupa penghalang yang bersifat selektif yang dapat memisahkan dua fase dari berbagai campuran. Hasil Morfologi nanofiber sendiri diukur menggunakan Alat SEM rata-rata ukuran diameter setiap nanofiber komposit <200 nm. Untuk pengaplikasian dari Nanofiber dan membran menggunakan pengujian fluks, dimana semakin tinggi fluks semakin rendah waktu yang diperlukan pun sebaliknya. This research purposes for synthesis and characteristics of ZnO Nanoparticles-TiO2 / Co-PVDF Composite Nanofiber, Know the Working Principles of Electrospinning and Casting Processes to Filtrate Water, and Know the Results of ZnO Nanoparticles-TiO2 / Co-PVDF Composite Nanofiber using Electrospinning and Casting Methods. The research method is divided into two, namely the casting method and the electrospinning method where the casting method produces a membrane while the Electrospinning method produces a nanofiber. Nanofiber is a collection of nano-sized fibers with a size of 10-1000 nm, while the membrane is a separator in the form of a selective barrier that can separate two phases from various mixtures. The morphological results of the nanofibers were measured using a SEM tool with an average diameter of each nanofiber composite <200 nm. For applications of nanofibers and membranes using flux testing, where the higher the flux the lower the time required and vice versa. Keyword: Nanofiber, Membran, Casting, Elektrospinning, flux
