Abstract
INDONESIA : Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang Cdots yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembentukan nanodots (Cdots) pada tingkat molekuler melalui metode pemanasan Microwave. Serta mengetahui karakteristik Cdots yang dihasilkan dari tahu, dan mengetahui sumber karbon proten serta struktur karbonisasi Cdots dari tahu. Pada penelitian ini, proses sintesis Cdots menggunakan metode pemanasan microwave dengan daya 70% dalam variasi waktu 5 menit, 10 menit, 15 menit dan 20 menit. Takaran yang digunakan untuk sintesis yaitu 3 gram tahu dan variasi urea 0,5 gram; 1 gram; 1,5 gram; 2 gram; dan 2,5 gram. Hasil sintesis Cdots ini kemudian dikarakterisasi menggunakan alat uji Photoluminescence (PL), Spektrofotometer Uv-Vis, dan Lampu Uv. Pada pengujian menggunakan lampu Uv dapat dihasilkan warna pendaran pada sampel. Salah satu sifat khusu Cdots yaitu memiliki pendaran. Analisis menggunakan alat uji PL menghasilkan Panjang gelombang yang bervariasi yaitu direntang 400 nm – 500 nm serta nilai intensitas ternormalisasi yang bervariasi pada setiap sampel. Sedangkan pengujian dengan menggunakan alat uji spektrofotometer Uv-vis menghasilkan panjang gelombang dan puncak serapan atau absorbansi pada sampel yang diuji. Selain itu juga, dari pengujian ini dapat mengetahui nilai band gap atau energi gap yang dihasilkan serta ukuran partikel Cdots yang terbentuk. Nilai bandgap yang dihasilkan untuk sampel A (5 menit) yaitu diantara 2,76 eV – 2, 85 eV; untuk sampel B (10 menit) yaitu diantara 2,78 eV – 2,83 eV; untuk sampel C (15 menit) yaitu diantara 2,79 eV – 2,89 eV; dan untuk sampel D (20 menit) yaitu antara 2,84 eV - 2,90 eV. Ukuran partikel yang dihasilkan secara bertururut-turut yaitu diantara rentang 7,58 nm – 7,79 nm. ENGLISH : Research on Cdots has been carried out which aims to determine the formation of nanodots (Cdots) at the molecular level through the microwave heating method. As well as knowing the characteristics of Cdots produced from tofu, and knowing the carbon source of protein and the carbonization structure of Cdots from tofu. In this study, the Cdots synthesis process used a microwave heating method with 70% power in a variation of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes and 20 minutes. The dosages used for the synthesis are 3 grams of tofu and 0.5 grams of urea variation; 1 gram; 1.5 grams; 2 grams; and 2.5 grams. The results of the synthesis of Cdots were then characterized using the Photoluminescence (PL) assay, Uv-Vis Spectrophotometer, and Uv Lamp. In testing using a UV lamp, a luminescent color can be produced in the sample. One of the special characteristics of Cdots is that they have luminescence. The analysis using the PL test equipment resulted in varying wavelengths, namely the range 400 nm - 500 nm and the normalized intensity values that varied for each sample. While testing using a Uv-vis spectrophotometer test equipment produces wavelength and peak absorption or absorbance in the sample being tested. In addition, this test can determine the value of the band gap or energy gap generated and the size of the Cdots particles formed. The resulting bandgap value for sample A (5 minutes) is between 2.76 eV - 2.85 eV; for sample B (10 minutes) that is between 2.78 eV - 2.83 eV; for sample C (15 minutes) that is between 2.79 eV - 2.89 eV; and for sample D (20 minutes) between 2.84 eV - 2.90 eV. The resulting particle sizes were consecutively between the range of 14.10 nm - 13.70 nm.
