Abstract

INDONESIA : Skripsi ini mengkaji tentang pemahaman teologi yang hidup di masyarakat Cikuya Desa Cikuya Kecamatan Cicalengka Kabupaten Bandung. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menemukan jawaban dari beberapa permasalahan yang dijadikan pokok pembahasan dalam skripsi ini yaitu: 1) Pemahaman teologi masyarakat Kampung Cikuya, 2) Corak teologi masyarakat Kampung Cikuya, 3) Dampak teologi terhadap kepribadian masyarakat Kampung Cikuya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian lapangan (filed reseacrh). Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis kualitatif. Adapun temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pertama, pemahaman teologi masyarakat di Kampung Cikuya merupakan masyarakat yang multi aliran (ormas Islam). Ada tiga aliran yang mewarnai pengalaman kegamaan masyarakat Kampung Cikuya, yaitu, Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), Persis, dan Muhammadiyah. Kedua, corak pemahaman masyarakat Cikuya yang memiliki corak teologi tradisional. Hal ini bisa terjadi, dikarenakan tingkat pengetahuan mereka tentang ilmu teologi dalam Islam itu sangat terbatas, dan faktor pendidikan. Ketiga, Dampak teologi terhadap kepribadian masyarakat Cikuya, memiliki dampak positif, misalnya semakin semangat dalam beribadah, semakin sabar, ikhlas, semakin tenang jiwa penganut agamanya, dan agama mengajak penganutnya untuk hidup lebih disiplin dalam segala hal. Sedangkan, untuk dampak negatif teologi itu tidak ada, dikarenakan ajaran teologi menurut masyarakat Cikuya selalu mengajak kepada ajaran kebaikan. ENGLISH : This thesis examines the understanding of theology that lives in the Cikuya community, Cikuya Village, Cicalengka District, Bandung Regency. The purpose of this study is to find answers to several problems that are the subject of this thesis, namely: 1) Understanding the theology of the people of Kampung Cikuya, 2) Theological patterns of the Cikuya Village community, 3) The impact of theology on the personality of the people of Cikuya Village. This research is a type of field research (filed research). The method used to analyze qualitatively. The findings in this study are: First, the understanding of the theology of the people in Cikuya Village is a multi-sectarian society (Islamic organizations). There are three schools that characterize the experience of the community of Cikuya Village, namely, Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), Persis, and Muhammadiyah. Second, the understanding of the Cikuya community which has a traditional theological style. This can happen, because their level of knowledge about theology in Islam is very limited, and the educational factor. Third, the impact of theology on the personality of the Cikuya community has a positive impact, for example, the more enthusiasm in worship, the more patient, sincere, the calmer the souls of the followers of their religion, and religion invites its adherents to live more disciplined life in all respects. Meanwhile, there is no negative impact on theology, because according to the Cikuya society, theological teachings always invite the teachings of kindness.
