Abstract

INDONESIA : Dalam setiap perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang barang maupun jasa, selain menghasilkan profite tetapi juga harus diterima di masyarakat produk maupun keberadaan perusahaan, dan tidak lupa untuk menjaga lingkungannya. Perusahaan memiliki tanggung jawab sosial terhadap dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh perusahaan kepada masyarakat dan lingkungannya. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Tirta Investama Subang merupakan divisi di perusahan Aqua Danone Subang, yang mengelola tanggung jawab perusahaan. Oleh karena itu Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Tirta Investama Subang melaksanakan pengelolaan program tanggung jawab sosial terhadap lingkungan. Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu : Pertama, mengetahui Perencanaan CSR Program Taman Kehati dalam Penyelamatan dan Konservasi Tumbuhan Lokal, kedua, mengetahui pengelolaan Program Taman Kehati, ketiga, mengetahui hasil dari Program Taman Kehati dalam Penyelamatan dan Konservasi Tumbuhan Lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif Anilisis dan pendekatan kualitatif, serta menggunakan konsep 4 Step Public Relations. Penelitian berlangsung dengan cara observasi dan wawancara, sehingga hasil dari pengambilan data tersebut akhirnya di olah menjadi hasil penelitian. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil, bahwa Implementasi Corporate Sosial Responsibility (CSR) PT.Tirta Investama Subang melalui program Taman Kehati untuk Penyelamatan dan Konservasi Tumbuhan Lokal dilakukan dengan empat cara dalam prosesnya yaitu analisis situasi pada program, dilanjutkan dengan perencanaan yang telah dipertimbangkan sebelumnya, pengambilan keputusan dengan pertimbangan sehingga memperoleh hasil dari taman Keanekaragaman Hayati. Keempat proses tersebut memberikan pengaruh terhadap perusahaan dan masyarakat juga dalam fungsi manfaatnya. ENGLISH : In every company engaged in goods and services, in addition to generating profite but also must be accepted in the product community and the existence of the company, and not forget to take care of the environment. The Company has a social responsibility to the impact that the company has on the community and the environment. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Tirta Investama Subang is a division of Aqua Danone Subang, which manages the company's responsibilities. Therefore Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Tirta Investama Subang carries out the management of social responsibility programs to the environment. The purpose of this research is: First, knowing the CSR Planning of Taman Kehati Program in The Rescue and Conservation of Local Plants, second, knowing the management of taman Kehati Program, third, knowing the results of the Taman Kehati Program in The Rescue and Conservation of Local Plants. This research uses Descriptive Anilisis method and qualitative approach, and uses the concept of 4 Step Public Relations. The research took place by means of observations and interviews, so that the results of the data retrieval was eventually processed into the results of research. This study obtained the results, that the Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Tirta Investama Subang through the Taman Kehati program for The Rescue and Conservation of Local Plants is carried out in four ways in the process, namely the analysis of the situation in the program, followed by previously considered planning, decision making with consideration so as to obtain the results of the Biodiversity park. These four processes have an influence on the company and the community as well as in the function of its benefits.
