Abstract
INDONESIA : Permasalahan utama pada penelitian ini yaitu terungkapnya permasalahan pada aspek alat pendukung pembelajaran daring dari orang tua mengenai penerapan pembelajaran daring berkaitan dengan adanya pandemik covid. Sesuai dengan surat edaran dari kemendikbud nomor 15 tahun 2020 mengenai pedoman penyelenggaraan belajar dari rumah dalam masa darurat penyebaran corona virus disease (covid–19). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui implementasi pembelajaran daring pada tingkat SD/MI ditinjau dari persepsi guru, orangtua dan siswa kelas 3 MI Nurul Amal Bandung; 2) mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasi pembelajaran daring pada tingkat SD/MI ditinjau dari persepsi guru, orangtua dan siswa kelas 3 MI Nurul Amal Bandung; 3) megetahui cara mengatasi kendala dalam implementasi pembelajaran daring pada tingkat SD/MI ditinjau dari persepsi guru, orangtua dan siswa kelas 3 MI Nurul Amal Bandung. Kerangka pemikiran pada penelitian ini berawal dari kebijakan KEMENDIKBUD Republik Indonesia Nomor 15 Tahun 2020 yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan pembelajaran daring akibat adanya pandemik covid, agar dapat dilaksanakan sesuai yang diharapkan dan supaya tujuan pembelajaran tetap bisa terlaksana dan tercapai.Kemudian hal tersebut menimbulkan berbagai persepsi mengenai pengimplentasiannya, adanya kendala yang dialami oleh guru, orangtua dan siswa, dan bagaimana cara untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di MI Nurul Amal Kota Bandung dan subjek penelitian adalah guru kelas III, orang tua dan siswa kelas III. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan hal-hal mengenai 1) implementasi pembelajaran daring kurang efektif kurangnya komunikasi guru dan orang tua; 2) kendala dalam implementasi pembelajaran daring yaitu keterbatasan pendukung pembelajaran daring yang kurang memadai, seperti gadget dan kuota; 3)cara mengatasi kendala pada implementasi pembelajaran daring yaitu dengan meminta jaringan internet kepada orang dirumah. ENGLISH : The main problem in this study is the existence of promblem unfolding in aspects of online learning support tools from parents regarding the application of online learning related to the covid pandemic. In accordance with the circular from the Ministry of Education and Culture number 15 of 2020 concerning guidelines for organizing learning from home in the emergency period of the spread of the corona virus disease (covid-19). This study aims to: 1) Find out the implementation of online learning at the elementary level in terms of perceptions of teachers, parents and students in class 3 of MI Nurul Amal Bandung; 2) Find out the constraints encountered in the implementation of online learning at the elementary level in terms of perceptions of teachers, parents and students s in class 3 of MI Nurul Amal Bandung; 3) Find out how to overcome the constraints encountered in the implementation of online learning at the elementary level in terms of perceptions of teachers, parents and students in class 3 of MI Nurul Amal Bandung. The frameworks of this study came from a policy from MINISTRY of education and culture of Republic of Indonesia Number 15 Year 2020 related to the learning activities of the online due to the pandemic covid, in order to be implemented as expected and so that the objectives of learning can still be carried out and achieved. And then, it causes several perceptions about the implementation, the constraints experienced by teachers, parents and students, also how to overcome those constraints. The approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. This study was conducted at MI Nurul Amal Bandung and the subject of this study are teachers, students, and parents. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews and observations, and the techniques of data analysing are data reduction, data presentation and inference. The result of this study reveals the concerns of: 1) implementation of online learning is less effective because of the lack of communication between teachers and parents; 2)the obstacle in implementation online learning is inadequate limitation of online learning support, such as gadget and quotas; 3) the way to overcome obstacles in the implementation of online learning is to ask the internet network from people at home.
