Abstract

INDONESIA : pandemi covid-19 ini dipandang penting untuk diteliti karena wartawan berhadapan langsung dengan pandemi dan peliputan pada masa pandemi ini sangat beresiko pada kesehatan wartawan. Sementara disisi lain wartawan tetap harus melakukan liputan sebagai bagian dari kewajibannya terhadap media untuk mengumpulkan berbagai informasi yang membuat wartawan harus turun langsung ke lapangan unutuk mencari berita. Fokus penelitian ini, mengenai wartawan yang melakukan peliputan berita di masa pandemic covid-19. Teori yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah teori fenomenologi dari Alfred Schutz dan penelitian ini menggunakan paradigm kontruktivisme pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah wartawan detik.com mendapatkan pemahaman, pemaknaan dan pengalaman baru dari peliputan pada masa pandemi covid-19. ENGLISH : News coverage during the Covid-19 pandemic is considered important to study because journalists are dealing directly with the pandemic and reporting during this pandemic is very risky to the health of journalists. While on the other hand journalists still have to do coverage as part of their obligations to the media to collect various information which makes journalists have to go directly to the field to look for news. The focus of this research is on journalists who cover news during the Covid-19 pandemic. The theory used for this research is the phenomenological theory of Alfred Schutz and this research uses the constructivism paradigm of a qualitative approach. The results of this study are detik.com journalists gain new understanding, meaning and experience from reporting during the covid-19 pandemic.
