Abstract

INDONESIA: Ruang lingkup penelitian ini mengarah pada permasalahan kinerja guru yang barkaitan erat dengan kompetensi kepala madrasah dan kompensasi non finansial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterampilan teknik kepala madrasah dan kompensasi non finansial secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah di wilayah KKMI IV Kabupaten Bandung. Metodologi yang digunakan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode cros sectional. Populasi berjumlah 151orang. Dengan menggunakan persamaan rumus slovin, didapatkan sampel sebanyak 110 responden yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara tidak terstruktur dan kuisioner tertutup dengan menggunakan skala likert. Data dianilisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pertama, keterampilan teknik kepala madrasah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru berdasarkan tabel coefficient dengan nilai t hitung 5,594 > t tabel 1,98328 dengan hasil koefisien determinasi pengaruh sebesar 35,00 %. Kedua, kompensasi non finansial memiliki pengaruh yang negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai t hitung -0,970 < t tabel 1,98328. Adapun, hasil koefisien determinasi pengaruh sebesar 16,7 %. Ketigat, keterampilan teknik kepala madrasah dan kompensasi non finansial secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien determinasi pengaruh sebesar 35,6 %. Adapun melalui uji F, F hitung sebesar 29,552 > nilai F tabel 3,08 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan keterampilan teknik kepala madrasah dan kompensasi nonfinansial secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru. Sehingga secara simultan, semakin tinggi keterampilan teknik kepala madrasah dan kompensasi non finansial maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja guru di KKMI IV Kabupaten Bandung. EMGLISH: The scope of this research leads to teacher performance problems which are closely related to the competence of madrasah principals and non-financial compensation. This study aims to analyze the technical skills of madrasah principals and non-financial compensation partially and simultaneously on the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in the KKMI IV area of Bandung Regency. The methodology used is a quantitative approach with a cros sectional method. The population numbered 151 people. By using the Slovin formula, a sample of 110 respondents was selected based on simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using unstructured interviews and closed questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that first, the technical skills of the principal have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance based on the coefficient table with t value 5.594> t table 1.98328 with the coefficient of determination influence of 35.00%. Second, non-financial compensation has a negative and insignificant effect on performance with a value of t count -0.970 <t table 1.98328. the result of the coefficient of determination of influence is 16.7%. Third, technical skills of madrasah principals and non-financial compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with an influence coefficient of determination of 35.6%. As for the F test, the F count is 29.552 > F table value of 3.08, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This indicates that there is a positive and si influence significant technical skills of madrasah principals and non-financial compensation simultaneously on teacher performance. So that simultaneously, the higher the technical skills of the principal and non-financial compensation, the higher the teacher's performance in KKMI IV Bandung Regency.
