Abstract

INDONESIA: Salah satu kajian terpenting dalam ekonomi pembangunan adalah kemiskinan. Kemiskinan merupakan salah satu masalah mendasar yang menjadi pusat perhatian pemerintah di negara manapun. Di Indonesia, upaya untuk menekan tingkat kemiskinan belum menunjukkan capaian yang memuaskan khususnya di Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan kajian empirik dari beberapa peneliti sebelumnya ada banyak kekosongan penelitian, kekosongan tersebut menjadi daya ungkit peneliti, dan peneliti melihat untuk menekan tingkat kemiskinan ada beberapa faktor yang diharapkan dapat mencapai titik optimal. Beberapa faktor tersebut diantaranya Upah Minimum Provinsi, Produk Domestik Regional Bruto dan Total Dana Zakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab hipotesis tentang Upah Minimum Provinsi dan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto terhadap Tingkat Kemiskinan di Provinsi Jawa Barat periode 2015-2020 dengan mempertimbangan Total Dana Zakat sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis uji normalitas data, analisis asumsi klasik dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Analisis pada penelitian ini didukung dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS V.22. Sedangkan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari website Badan Pusat Satistik (www.bps.go.id) dan Baznas Provinsi Jawa Barat (www.baznasjabar.org). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, di peroleh kesimpulan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan anatar Upah Minimum Provinsi terhadap Total Dana Zakat, karena thitung < ttabel sebesar -4,708 < 2,571 sehingga Ho diterima. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan anatar Produk Domestik Regional Bruto terhadap Total Dana Zakat, karena thitung > ttabel sebesar 4,862 > 2,571 sehingga Ha diterima. Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan anatar Total Dana Zakat terhdap Tingkat Kemiskinan, karena thitung > ttabel sebesar -1,526 < 12,706 sehingga Ha diterima. Adapun variabel Upah Minimum Provinsi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Tingkat Kemiskinan melalui Total Dana Zakat sebagai variabel mediasi, karena besaran nilai pengaruh langsung lebih kecil di banding pengaruh tidak langsung -0,486 < 1,597 dan variabel Produk Domestik Regional Bruto berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Tingkat Kemiskinan melalui Total Dana Zakat sebagai variabel mediasi, karena besaran nilai pengaruh langsung lebih besar di banding pengaruh tidak langsung -0,095 > -1,649. ENGLISH: One of the most important studies in the development economy is poverty. Poverty is one of the fundamental problems that are the center of attention of governments in any country. In Indonesia, efforts to reduce poverty levels have not shown satisfactory achievements, especially in West Java. Based on empirical studies from several previous researchers there are many research gaps, the vacancy becomes the leverage of researchers, and researchers see to reduce poverty levels there are several factors that are expected to reach the optimal point. Some of these factors include the Provincial Minimum Wage, Gross Regional Domestic Product and Zakat Fund. This study aims to answer the hypothesis about the Provincial Minimum Wage and Gross Regional Domestic Product to the Poverty Rate in West Java Province for the period 2015-2020 by considering the Amount of Zakat Funds as a mediation variable. This research uses a quantitative approach. Research methods use data normality test analysis, classical assumption analysis and path analysis. The analysis of this study was supported using the SPSS V.22 application. While the data used is secondary data from the website of the Central Satistik Agency (www.bps.go.id) and Baznas of West Java Province (www.baznasjabar.org). Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there was no significant effect between the Provincial Minimum Wage on the amount of Zakat Funds, because tcount < ttable of -4.708 <2.571 so that Ho was accepted. There is a significant influence between Gross Regional Domestic Product on the amount of Zakat Funds, because tcount > ttable of 4,862 > 2,571 so Ha is accepted. There is no significant effect between the amount of Zakat Funds on the Poverty Level, because tcount > ttable is -1.526 < 12.706 so Ha is accepted. The Provincial Minimum Wage variable has no significant effect on the Poverty Level through the amount of Zakat Funds as a mediating variable, because the value of the direct influence is smaller than the indirect effect of -0.486 < 1.597 and the Gross Regional Domestic Product variable has a significant effect on the Poverty Level through the amount of Zakat Funds. as a mediating variable, because the magnitude of the value of the direct influence is greater than the indirect effect of -0.095 > -1.649.
