Abstract

Tanah pasca galian C kurang mampu untuk dijadikan media tanam bagi pertumbuhan tanaman jagung manis, karena memiliki kesuburan baik dari segi fisik, kimia dan biologi termasuk ke dalam kategori rendah. Perlu adanya alternatif dalam memulihkan tanah marginal bekas tambang dengan pemanfaatan ragam pupuk kandang berupa pupuk kandang ayam, sapi, dan kambing yang digunakan sebagai bahan organik serta memanfaatkan mikroba tanah seperti FMA dan BPF. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penggunaan mikroba dan berbagai jenis pupuk kandang dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan serta hasil tanaman jagung manis varietas Talenta. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai bulan Juni 2021 di UPT TPHP (Unit Pembibitan Teknis Tanaman Pangan Hortikultura dan Perternakan) Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial 2 faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu pemberian mikroba dengan 4 taraf, kontrol 0 g tanaman-1, FMA 10 g tanaman-1, BPF 10 g tanaman-1, komninasi FMA dan BPF 10 g tanaman-1. Faktor kedua yaitu ragam pupuk kandang dengan 3 taraf, pupuk kandang ayam 25 t ha-1, pupuk kandang sapi 25 t ha-1, pupuk kandang kambing 25 t ha-1. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tidak terjadi interaksi mikroba dan pupuk kandang, namun terjadi pengaruh mandiri pupuk kandang terhadap derajat infeksi, tinggi tanaman, panjang tongkol, diameter tongkol, dan bobot tongkol berkelobot, Dari penelitian ini pemberian pupuk kandang ayam dan pupuk kandang kambing menunjukkan pengaruh yang paling baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung manis. Under the guidance of Cecep Hidayat and Yati Setiati. Sand pit soil C is less able to be used as a planting medium for the growth of sweet corn crops, because it has fertility both in terms of physical, chemical and biological fall into the low category. There needs to be an alternative in restoring marginal land used mines with the utilization of a variety of manure in the form of manure chicken, cow, and goat used as organic material and utilizing soil microbes such as AMF and BPF. This study aims to find out the influence of the use of microbes and various types of fertilizer in improving the growth and yield of sweet corn crops of Talenta varieties. This research was conducted in March to June 2021 at UPT TPHP (Technical Nursery Unit of Horticultural and Farm Food Crops) Bandung City. The method used in this study is Randomized Design of Factorial Groups of 2 factors. The first factors are microbial administration with 4 levels, control of 0 g of plants-1, FMA of 10 g of plants-1, BPF of 10 g of plant-1, combination of FMA and BPF of 10 g of plant-1. The second factor is the variety of manure with 3 levels, chicken fertilizer 25 t ha-1, cow fertilizer 25 t ha-1, goat fertilizer 25 t ha-1. The results showed no interaction of microbes and fertilizer, but there was an independent influence of fertilizer on the degree of infection, height of plants, length of cob, diameter of cob, and weight of cob with cob. From this study the provision of chicken fertilizer and goat fertilizer showed the best effect on the growth and yield of sweet corn crops.
