Abstract

INDONESIA : Alih fungsi lahan yang terjadi di daerah Sukamaju Kelurahan Baros Kecamatan Baros Kota Sukabumi yang terjadi pada lahan peternakan ayam yang dijadikan lahan hunian Perumahan Sapulidi menimbul dampak perubahan sosial dan ekonomi pada masyarakat Sukamaju. Masyarakat yang terdampak negatif dari proses pembangunan yang terjadi yaitu para pegawai peternakan ayam yang kehilangan pekerjaan karena lahannya dijadikan Perumahan Sapulidi tidak dapat melakukan upaya untuk mengubah keputusan yang telah dibuat oleh pemilik peternakan ayam dan pihak pengelola perumahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perubahan sosial dan ekonomi pada masyarakat Sukamaju Kelurahan Baros Kecamatan Baros Kota Sukabumi yang diakibatkan oleh pembangunan Perumahan Sapulidi. Serta bagaimana deskripsi kondisi masyarakat Sukamaju Kelurahan Baros Kecamatan Baros Kota Sukabumi dengan adanya pembangunan Perumahan Sapulidi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian kali ini adalah Teori Kesejahteraan Suparlan. Menurut Suparlan, kesejahteraan sosial menunjukkan keadaan sejahtera secara keseluruhan, baik fisik, mental, maupun sosial, bukan hanya kondisi dan kegiatan untuk memperbaiki dan menghilangkan penyakit sosial tertentu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini dihasilkan dari pengumpulan data primer dengan pihak Kelurahan Baros, pengelola Perumahan Sapulidi, pemilik peternakan ayam, pegawai peternakan ayam di daerah Sukamaju, serta masyarakat Sukamaju. Serta dilengkapi data sekunder berupa referensi buku-buku yang relevan dengan tema penelitian. Data tersebut dianalisis yaitu dengan reduksi data, yaitu mengambil dan merangkum data pokok. Selain itu di display data yaitu penyajian data dan terakhir penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, dari segi sosial perubahan terjadi pada aspek pertambahan penduduk dan perpindahan penduduk, masyarakat Sukamaju menjadi heterogen. dari segi Ekonomi ada masyarakat yang dapat memanfaatkan keberadaan Perumahan Sapulidi untuk meningkatkan ekonomi dengan berdagang di wilayah Perumahan Sapulidi. Ada masyarakat yang terdampak negatif dari aspek ekonomi seperti para pegawai peternakan ayam yang kehilangan mata pencahariannya. Kedua, kondisi masyarakat Sukamaju dengan adanya Perumahan Sapulidi menerima dengan terbuka keberadaan Perumahan Sapulidi seperti adanya warga pendatang sebagai penguni Perumahan, mereka menilai akan beradaptasi dengan situasi tersebut selama masyarakat pendatang dapat menghargai norma yang berlaku di lingkungan mereka. ENGLISH : The land use change that occurred in the Sukamaju area, Baros Village, Baros District, Sukabumi City, which occurred on chicken farm land which was used as residential land for the Sapulidi Housing, caused the impact of social and economic changes on the Sukamaju community. People who were negatively affected by the development process that occurred, namely chicken farm employees who lost their jobs because their land was used as Sapulidi Housing, could not make any efforts to change the decisions made by the chicken farm owners and the housing management. The purpose of this study was to find out how the social and economic changes in the Sukamaju community, Baros Village, Baros District, Sukabumi City were caused by the construction of the Sapulidi Housing. And how is the description of the condition of the Sukamaju community, Baros Village, Baros District, Sukabumi City with the construction of Sapulidi Housing. The theory used in this research is Coser's Conflict Theory which explains that: First, every society is subject to a process of change at all times. Second, look at disputes and conflicts in the social system. Third, various elements of society contribute to disintegration and change. Fourth, see that whatever order exists in society comes from the coercion of its members by those at the top. Fifth, emphasize the role of power in maintaining order in society. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data in this study were generated from primary data collection with the Baros Village, the manager of the Sapulidi Housing, chicken farm owners, chicken farm employees in the Sukamaju area, and the Sukamaju community. It is also equipped with secondary data in the form of reference books that are relevant to the research theme. The data were analyzed by data reduction, namely taking and summarizing the main data. In addition, the data display is the presentation of the data and finally the conclusion and verification. The results showed that first, from a social perspective, changes occurred in the aspect of population growth and population movement, the Sukamaju community became heterogeneous. From an economic point of view, there are people who can take advantage of the existence of Sapulidi Housing to improve the economy by trading in the Sapulidi Housing area. There are people who are negatively affected from the economic aspect, such as chicken farm employees who have lost their livelihoods. Second, the condition of the Sukamaju community with the existence of the Sapulidi Housing openly accepts the existence of the Sapulidi Housing such as the presence of migrant residents as residents of the housing, they assess that they will adapt to the situation as long as the migrant community can respect the norms that apply in their environment.
