Abstract
Water is one of important natural resources for organism. Water contribute for activity all of organinsm, especially for human. Not only for a human needed water, but plant, animal, and solid element who need water. But human need more water to activity. Like a dormnitory water consumme for luxury dormitory need 123.45/litre/day, middle dormitory 120.52/litre/day, and budget dormitory 115.86/litre/day. So, for this research designed a device monitoring system water consumme using an aplication based Internet of Things to monitored water debt and water volume using smartphone. This device using water flow sensor, solenoid valve, Arduino Uno ATMega microcontroller that serial communication with ESP8266 NodeMCU, relay 2 channel, and water pump that the water can flow fastly. This device will calculate water volume of the dorm occupant by the setting point at 123 litre per day, but if the dorm occupant use more than setting point, dorm owner will charge more when dorm occupant usage more than setting point. The result of monitoring can show water using dorm occupant per day within the setting point more than 123 litre per day via blynk aplication with the water consumme of water are 123.72 litre for volume water usage and average water debt is 22.41 litre per hour, all of the result are using for room 1. And the result for room 2 are 116.54 for water volume usage and 21.48 litre per hour for water debt usage. Then the result of water debt is 97.42 % and the water volume is 93.0 %. Overall this device can worked appropiate with design and implementation, expected this device can give the respon due the concept.
