Abstract

INDONESIA: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perlunya melakukan pengembangan lembar kerja (LK) berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada materi praktikum Kimia koloid. Dalam pembelajaran kimia, handsanitizer merupakan salah satu aplikasi dari system koloid. Handsanitizer pada penelitian ini menggunakan bahan tambahan berupa ekstrak biji mahoni sebagai zat aktif pengganti peran alkohol sebagai antibakteri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menyusun LK berbasis inkuiri terbimbing dan mengetahui uji validasi LK berbasis inkuiri terbimbing. Metode penelitian ini adalah Design Based Research (DBR). Prosedur dalam lembar kerja ditentukan berdasarkan pembuatan handsanitizer dengan volume penambahan ekstrak yang digunakan ( 5 ml, 10 ml, dan 15 ml). Hasil uji validasi yang dilakukan oleh dosen ahli dinyatakan valid, dengan nilai rata-rata rhitung yang didapat sebesar 0,860. LK yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan tahapan pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri terbimbing serta layak diterapkan pada mata pelajaran koloid di kelas XI IPA dengan nilai rhitung 0,83. Handsanitizer yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan SNI tahun 2017 dengan rentang pH 6-8. ENLIS This research is motivated by the need to develop a worksheet (LK) based on guided inquiry on colloidal chemistry practicum material. In chemistry learning, hand sanitizer is one application of the colloid system. The hand sanitizer in this study used additional ingredients in the form of mahogany seed extract as an active substance to replace the role of alcohol as an antibacterial. The purpose of this study was to compile guided inquiry-based worksheets and to know the validation test of guided inquiry-based worksheets. This research method is Design Based Research (DBR). The procedure in the worksheet is determined based on the manufacture of the hand sanitizer with the added volume of extract used (5 ml, 10 ml, and 15 ml). The results of the validation test conducted by expert lecturers were declared valid, with an average rcount value of 0.860. The worksheets produced are in accordance with the stages of guided inquiry-based learning and are feasible to be applied to colloid subjects in class XI science with an rcount of 0.83. The hand sanitizer produced is in accordance with SNI 2017 with a pH range of 6-8.
