Abstract

INDONESIA: Pembangunan Koperasi sebagai gerakan ekonomi rakyat dalam perkembangannya tidak terlepas dari peran serta teknologi dan juga pemerintah melalui suatu departemen yang diserahi tugas dan tanggung jawab secara berkesinambungan untuk membina dan mengembangkan koperasi serta usaha kecil guna menumbuhkan kemajuan dan kemandirian manusia Indonesia.Di Jawa Barat khususnya, pembangunan koperasi telah menunjukan berbagai keberhasilan yang sangat berarti, baik ditinjau dari jumlah koperasi, jumlah anggota maupun nilai usaha koperasi. Hal ini yang menjadi dasar perlunya sebuah lembaga yang menangani pelatihan bagi peningkatan kapasitas SDM pelaku koperasi,yang saat ini bernama: Balai Pelatihan Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah disingkat BALATKOP & UKM. Dengan seiring pelatihan yang selalu di adakan oleh lembaga Balai Pelatihan Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah perlu adanya dukungan suatu perangkat lunak yang mampu di gunakan dalam mengolah seluruh kegiatan pelatihan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka perlu di bangunnya suatu perangkat lunak berbasiskan web. Yang mana Perangkat lunak dibuat bertujuan untuk mempermudah dalam pengolahan data dan informasi. Dan yang paling penting adalah bahwa pengolahan data dan informasi dapat di gunakan sebagai arsip data yang tersimpan secara komputerisasi dan bisa memberikan informasi data sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam setiap pengambilan keputusan di saat yang di perlukan. ENGLISH: Cooperative development as a people's economic movement in its development cannot be separated from the role of technology and also the government through a department that is assigned the task and responsibility on an ongoing basis to foster and develop cooperatives and small businesses in order to foster progress and independence of Indonesian people. In West Java in particular, development cooperatives have shown various significant successes, both in terms of the number of cooperatives, the number of members and the value of cooperative efforts. This is the basis for the need for an institution that handles training for improving the capacity of human resources for cooperative actors, which is currently named Balai Pelatihan Koperasi dan UKM (BALATKOP).Along with the training that is always held by the BALATKOP it is necessary to have the support of a software that can be used in processing all training activities. To overcome this it is necessary to build a web-based software. Which software is made aims to facilitate the processing of data and information. And the most important thing is that data and information processing can be used as data archives that are stored in a computerized manner and can provide data information as material for consideration in every decision making when needed.
