Abstract
E-learning is one of new method for teaching the students in distance. Which the education sector in Indonesia is effected by COVID-19, therefore the system of education is changing to online learning . The effect of online learning to the students are The students need adaptation with new system education, students problem in online learning, and the students point of view are vary. Therefore the researcher tries to analyze students’perception and students motivation when online learning. The aims of this research are (a) to find out students’ perception toward Eyl e-learning during COVID-19, (b) students motivation toward Eyl e-lerning during COVID-19. The method in this research use qualitative method produce descriptive data. The research was conducted to sixth grade students in SD Daarul Hikmah. The participants are 20 students. The research shows thirteen students’perception and nine students motivation findings.the data shows the students’ responses have significant result which the average up to 90% chosee positive. It means E-learning is suitable for students’perception. and students motivation have significant results too up to 85% positive , so the E-learning is suitable to increase te motivation in process of English learning.
