Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hubungan kerukunan antarumat beragama yang terlihat rukun serta harmonis salah satunya bisa dilihat dari hubungan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Kertajaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dinamika kerukunan hidup, kerjasama sosial dan ekonomi, kesetaraan sosial, serta hambatan-hambatan yang ada di masyarakat Desa Kertajaya. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian kali ini adalah teori kerukunan antarumat beragama, dinamika, dan pembangunan ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus. digunakannya metode studi kasus dalam kegiatan ini pada dasarnya ingin hasil penelitian ini mengungkap secara menyeluruh, factual dan mendalam, sistematis dan akurat berdasar pengalaman pada saat penelitian berlangsung. Ada empat teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan antara lain, wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu (1). Kehidupan masyarakat Desa Kertajaya yang berbeda agama sangat rukun dan tidak ada konflik yang signifikan, sikap toleransi yang tinggi selalu mereka pegang utuh. (2). Kerjasama sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Kertajaya terjalin sangat baik dan bisa saling bekerjasama satu sama lain. (3). Hambatan-hambatan komunikasi bisa diselesaikan dengan baik, meskipun ada beberapa konflik akan tetapi bisa diselesaikan dengan cara musyawarah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini bisa disimpulkan bahwa dinamika kerukunan hidup antar umat beragama di Desa Kertajaya dalam membangun kerjasama sosial dan ekonomi dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan tidak ada hambatan-hambatan yang signifikan. Dynamics of Harmony Between Religious People in Building Social and Economic Cooperation (Case Study of Muslim and Christian Community in society of Kertajaya, Ciranjang District, Cianjur Regency) This research is based on the relationship that shows in the religious communities of Desa Kertajaya. It shows from the people, they can live together in a harmony. on social and economies. The purpose of this research is to find out the dynamics of harmonious life, social and economic cooperation, social equality, and the obstacles that exist in the society of Kertayaja. The theory used in this study is the theory of inter-religious harmony, dynamics, and economic development This research uses case study method. the use of the case study method in this activity basically wants the results of this research to reveal comprehensively, factual and in-depth, systematic and accurate based on experience at the time of the research. The results of this study are (1). The life of the people of Kertajaya village who have different religions is very harmonious and there is no conflict at all, they always hold a high attitude of tolerance intact. (2). The social and economic cooperation of the people of society Kertajaya is very well established and can work together with each other. (3). Communication barriers can be resolved properly, although there is a little conflict but can be resolved in a good way. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the dynamics of inter-religious harmony in Kertajaya society in building social and economic cooperation can be carried out well and there are no significant obstacles. The theory used in this research is the theory of harmony between religious people, dynamics ,and economic development. with each other. (3) Communication barriers can be resolved, although there are few conflicts but can be resolved in a good way. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the dynamics of harmony of life between religious people in Kertajaya society in to grow social and economic peace can be carried out properly. and there are no significant obstacles.
