Abstract

Pusat Informasi Kwartir Nasional Gerakan Pramuka merupakan Lembaga Pendukung dalam bidang Komunikasi dan Informasi dibawah Komisi Kehumasaan dan Informatika, menjadi garda terdepan dalam menciptakan dan menampilkan citra positif ditengah gempuran Konvergensi Media, untuk tetap menyediakan layanan informasi yang teraktual dan cepat. Pusat Informasi Kwartir Nasional terus berinovasi dengan melakukan transisi dari media konvensional ke media digital. Hal ini menjadi sasaran untuk mencari tahu bagaimana pengelolaan konten, pengeoprasian sistem komputasi web, dan proses komunikasi kepada publik dalam aktivitas digital public relations melalui website Pramuka.Id Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana Aktivitas Digital Public Relations melalui konsep 3C ( Content, Computing, dan Communication) pada website Pramuka.Id, dalam upaya memberikan informasi dan memberikan wadah untuk para anggota Pramuka di seluruh Indonesia dengan paradigma konstruktivisme, melalui pendekatan interpretatif, metode penelitian studi deskriptif kualitatif, serta pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif pasif, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Aktivitas Digital Public Relations yang dilakukan oleh Pusat Informasi Kwartir Nasional melalui proses tiga tahap pada konsep 3C yaitu 1) Pembuatan Konten (Content) melalui proses panjang seperti pembuatan tabel konten, menyeleksi informasi yang masuk, dan menyunting naskah 2) Sistem Komputasi (Computing) dalam pengelolaan,manajemen konten, dan pencarian mesin telusur menggunakan CMS dan SEO 3) Proses Komunikasi (Communication) yang dilakukan oleh tim kepada khalayak menggunakan email, whatsapp, dan kolom komentar.Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Aktivitas Digital Public Relations melalui website Pramuka.Id dengan menggunakan konsep 3C (Content, Computing, dan Communication). ENGLISH : The Scout Movement National Quarter Information Center is a Supporting Institution in the field of Communication and Information under the Public Relations and Informatics Commission, being at the forefront of creating and displaying a positive image amidst the onslaught of Media Convergence, to continue to provide up-to-date and fast information services. The National Quarter Information Center continues to innovate by transitioning from conventional media to digital media. This is the target to find out how to manage content, operate web computing systems, and communicate processes to the public in digital public relations activities through the Pramuka.Id website. This study aims to describe how Digital Public Relations Activities through the concept of 3C (Content, Computing, and Communication) on the Pramuka.Id website, in an effort to provide information and a forum for Scout members throughout Indonesia with a constructivism paradigm, through an interpretive approach, the research method is a qualitative study. descriptive, and data collection through in-depth interviews, passive participatory observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Digital Public Relations Activities carried out by Pusat Informasi Kwartir NasionalCenter go through a three-stage process on the 3C concept, namely 1) Content Creation through a long process such as creating contest tables, selecting incoming information, and editing manuscripts 2) System Computing (Computing) in the management, content management, and search engine searches using CMS and SEO. 3) The communication process carried out by the team to the audience using email, whatsapp, and the comment column. Based on the results of research that has been carried out by researchers, it can be concluded that Digital Public Relations Activities through the Pramuka.Id website use the 3C concept (Content, Computing, and Communication).
