Abstract
PIPPK is one of the programs launched by the mayor of bandung and contained in the Bandung Mayor Regulation No. 281 of 2015. Bandung city government hopes that the PIPPK Program can realize the synergy of regional apparatus performance with community institutions. The purpose of this researcher is to be able to assess the extent to which the achievement of the success of the development innovation and Empowerment Program in the District Cibiru Bandung. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method because it is relevant to the existing problems and to describe the object of research to be studied by the researcher is related to the evaluation of the budget of the development innovation program and regional empowerment. The results of this evaluation showed that the implementation of PIPPK in Cibiru District Bandung has not been realized to the maximum, while the most vital aspects that cause the lack of implementation of this PIPPK is the problem of budget and community empowerment are still less attention.
