Abstract

Perguruan tinggi adalah organisasi satuan pendidikan yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan di jenjang pendidikan tinggi, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Dalam struktur organisasi perguruan tinggi, terdapat suatu lembaga yang bertugas untuk melaksanakan fungsi Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu program studi. Dalam rangka mewujudkan akuntabilitas publik, program studi harus aktif membangun sistem penjaminan mutu internal yang dibuktikan dengan diakreditasinya oleh lembaga penjaminan mutu eksternal yang telah ditunjuk oleh pemerintah melalui Kemdiknas yaitu Badan Akreditasi Nasional untuk Perguruan Tinggi (BAN-PT). BANT-PT melalui peraturannya pada nomor 3 tahun 2017 menetapkan bahwa sistem akreditasi menggunakan Sistem Akreditasi Perguruan Tinggi Online (SAPTO). Teknik informatika yang merupakan salah satu jurusan di Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung ini juga terus aktif dalam membangun sistem penjamin mutu internal sehingga jurusan ini juga diakreditasi oleh BAN-PT. Selama ini belum adanya sistem yang mendukung ketersediaannya data tersebut. Sehingga pengumpulan data dapat memakan waktu yang cukup lama serta tenaga yang cukup besar.Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkanlah sebuah sistem yang dapat menunjang ketersediaan data dalam proses akreditasi. Sistem tersebut adalah sistem yang berperan sebagai analitik bisnis atau yang dikenal dengan Business Intelligence (BI). Sistem informasi Business Intelligence dibangun menggunakan Framework Zachman. Perancangan sistem dengan menggunakan implementasi Framework Zachman harus menguraikan secara detail kolom dan baris yang ada didalam matrik Zachman agar didapat gambaran sistem secara utuh dari berbagai macam sudut pandang. Pengisian tiap sel pada Zachman harus konsisten dan terurut karena masing-masing sel akan menjadi acuan pengisian sel pada sudut pandang berikutnya. In the organizational structure of universities, there is an institution that is tasked to carry out the function of Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi namely study program. In order to realize public accountability, the study program must actively build an internal quality assurance system that is proven by its accreditation by an external quality assurance institution appointed by the government through Kemdiknas, the National Accreditation Board for University (BAN-PT). BANT-PT through its rules at number 3 in 2017 stipulates that the accreditation system uses the Online University Accreditation System (SAPTO). Informatics technique which is one of the majors located at the State Islamic University Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung is also continuously active in building internal quality assurance system so that this department is also accredited by BAN-PT. So far there is no support system for the availability of such data. so that data collection can take quite a long time and a considerable energy. Therefore, it takes a system that can support the availability of data in the process of accreditation. Systems that can support this process is a system that acts as a business analytics or known as Business Intelligence (BI). Business Intelligence information systems are built using the Zachman Framework. The design of the system using Zachman Framework implementation should describe in detail the columns and rows that exist within the Zachman matrix in order to obtain the full system picture from various points of view. The filling of each cell on Zachman must be consistent and sequential because each cell will be the cell filling reference at the next point of view.
