Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran school belonging dalam memediasi pengaruh stres akulturasi terhadap disruptiv behavior. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Total responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 141 santri rantau yang berasal dari luar daerah Kabupaten Bandung. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari tiga skala ukur, yaitu Acculturative Stress Scale for International Student (ASSIS), the Disruptive Behavior Scale Professed by Students (DBS-PS), dan Psychological Sense of School Membership (PSSM). Teknik analisa data menggunakan uji regresi linier melalui kasual step menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan stres akulturasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap disruptiv behavior dan school belonging tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh stres akulturasi terhadap disruptiv behavior. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa school belonging tidak memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam mengurangi pengaruh stres akulturasi terhadap disruptiv behavior.
