Abstract
INDONESIA : Dalam menjalankan dinamika organisasi, seorang manajer harus melaksanakan tugas manajemen dengan baik, termasuk manajemen pengawasan. Menurut Tanri Abeng (dalam Purba, et al., 2021: 109), manajemen pengawasan merupakan fungsi manajerial untuk melakukan pengawasan. Salah satu penerapan manajemen pengawasan adalah mengelola dan meningkatkan kualitas kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi di Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, manajemen pengawasan memiliki peran dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja karyawan dilihat dari efektivitas, efisiensi, dan peningkatan pemahaman karyawan terhadap metode dan teknik bekerja dengan sikap karyawan yang lebih termotivasi, fokus, dan hati-hati dalam bekerja. ENGLISH : In carrying out organizational dynamics, a manager must carry out management duties properly, including supervisory management. According to Tanri Abeng (in Purba, et al., 2021: 109), supervisory management is a managerial function to carry out supervision. One application of supervisory management is to manage and improve the quality of employee performance. Based on the results of observations, interviews, and documentation at the National Amil Zakat Agency of Tasikmalaya Regency, supervisory management has a role in improving the quality of employee performance in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, and increasing employee understanding of work methods and techniques with a more motivated employee attitude, focus, and be careful at work.
