Abstract

INDONESIA : Penelitian ini membahas tentang resepsi penafsiran ayat-ayat relasi adil gender pada aktivis Fatayat NU Pimpinan Cabang Pandeglang Banten. Fatayat NU merupakan aktivis perempuan terbesar di daerah Pandeglang. Keberadaannya sangat mempengaruhi dalam pembangunan peran dan kontribusi perempuan baik pada sektor publik maupun domestik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis resepsi penafsiran ayat-ayat relasi adil gender pada aktivis Fatayat NU Pimpinan Cabang Pandeglang Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus (case study) serta data lain yang peroleh melalui studi pustaka (study research). Sumber primer pada penelitian ini adalah Fatayat NU Pimpinan Cabang Pandeglang Banten. Sedangkan sumber sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai buku yang berkaitan dengan kajian penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian resepsi penafsiran ayat-ayat relasi adil gender pada Fatayat NU PC Pandeglang memperlihatkan bahwa resepsi fatayat NU PC Pandeglang Banten terhadap ayat-ayat yang berkaitan dengan tema keadilan gender seperti penciptaan manusia, kepemimpinan, poligami serta kedudukan peran perempuan harus diberlakukan secara adil. Mereka berasumsi bahwa laki-laki dan perempuan dalam pandangan Islam diciptakan dari jenis yang sama sehingga peluang seperti menjadi pemimpin sangat terbuka besar. Aktivis Fatayat NU PC Pandeglang memahami ayat poligami sebagai suatu hal yang dilakukan dengan konteks khusus dan dengan prasyarat tertentu. Namun, pada praktiknya mereka mengalami beberapa kendala seperti kurangnya dukungan masyarakat terutama laki-laki. Hal itu disebabkan pemahaman kajian tentang relasi adil gender di masyarakat masih begitu kurang. Sehingga langkah-langkah dalam mengedukasi maysarakat, Fatayat NU PC Pandeglang merancang beberapa program pemberdayaan perempuan yaitu: Pertama, koperasi sebagai bentuk pembangunan ekonomi yang melibatkan perempuan sebagai pencari nafkah dalam keluarga. Kedua, seks edukasi sebagai upaya untuk meminimalisir bentuk pernikahan dini pada masyarakat terutama kalangan pesantren. Ketiga, Forum dakwah yang memberikan peluang kepada perempuan sebagai penerus ulama. Keempat, penelitian isu perempuan sebagai tolak ukur sejauh mana peran dan kontribusi perempuan di ruang domestik mendapatkan keadilan. Berangkat dari hal itu, maka pelibatan laki-laki dalam memahami ayat-ayat relasi adil gender perlu dilakukan. Sehingga masyarakat secara umum dapat memahami kajian gender secara utuh yang disandarkan pada ayat-ayat al-Quran berkaitan dengan tema keadilan gender. ENGLISH : This study discusses the reception of interpretations of verses on gender fair relations on Fatayat NU activists, Pandeglang Banten Branch Manager. Fatayat NU is the largest women's activist in the Pandeglang area. Its existence greatly influences the development of women's roles and contributions in both the public and domestic sectors. The purpose of this study was to analyze the reception of interpretations of verses on gender fair relations on Fatayat NU activists, Pandeglang Banten Branch Manager. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach and other data obtained through literature study (study research). The primary source in this study was Fatayat NU, the Head of Pandeglang Banten Branch. Meanwhile, secondary sources were obtained from various books related to this research study. The results of the research on the reception of interpretations of verses on gender justice relations in the Fatayat NU PC Pandeglang show that the reception of the fatayat NU PC Pandeglang Banten on verses related to the theme of gender justice such as human creation, leadership, polygamy and the position of women's roles must be treated fairly. They assume that men and women in the view of Islam are created of the same type so that opportunities such as being a leader are very large. Fatayat NU activist PC Pandeglang understands the verse of polygamy as something that is done with a special context and with certain prerequisites. However, in practice they experience several obstacles such as the lack of community support, especially men. This is due to the lack of understanding of the study of gender justice relations in society. So that the steps in educating the community, Fatayat NU PC Pandeglang designed several women's empowerment programs, namely: First, cooperatives as a form of economic development involving women as breadwinners in the family. Second, sex education as an effort to minimize the form of early marriage in the community, especially among Islamic boarding schools. Third, the da'wah forum that provides opportunities for women as the successors of ulama. Fourth, research on women's issues as a measure of the extent to which women's roles and contributions in the domestic sphere get justice. Departing from this, it is necessary to involve men in understanding the verses of gender fair relations. So that the public in general can understand gender studies as a whole which is based on the verses of the Koran related to the theme of gender justice.
