Abstract

INDONESIA : Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi perubahan sosial dalam berbagai aspek terutama dalam bidang ekonomi sektor UMKM yang menjadi salah satu kontributor memberikan peluang kerja kepada masyarakat menengah kebawah dihadapkan dengan masalah kompleks karena dampak. Proses adaptasi terhadap dengan melakukan tranformasi menjadi alternatif dalam menjaga kestabilan terutama untuk pelaku usaha dan pekerja UMKM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui alasan, bentuk dan tahapan tranformasi UMKM Konveksi Legok Jeungjing di masa pandemu covid-19. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori perubahan sosial J.P Gillin dan J.L Gillin, bahwa perubahan yang terjadi sebagai suatu variasi dari cara hidup yang telah diterima karena adanya perubahan kondisi dari berbagai aspek. Selanjutnya teori fakta sosial Durkheim bahwa dalam kondisi sosial tertntu, akan tercipta fakta-fakta sosial yang tidak direncanakan tetapi diciptakan karena keterpaksaan dalam mengimplementasikan untuk menyesuaikan keadaann yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitiatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sumber data terdiri dari sumber data primer yang diperoleh melalui teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan observasi. Adapun sumber data sekunder didapatkan melalui teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles Huberman meliputi reduksi data, representasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tranformasi UMKM dilakukan karena dilatarbelakangi yaitu: alasan para pelaku umkm melakukan transformasi pada masa pandemic, yaitu: a) perubahan sosial akibat pendami covid-19; b) kebijakan pemerintah; c) pemanfaatan teknologi informasi; d) lebih efisien. Bentuk dari tranformasi tersebut dengan dengan merubah bisnis secara konvensional menjadi bisnis berbasi digital secara keseluruhan baik produksi atau penjualan, pelaku usaha memanfaatkan fasilitas Internet untuk berjualan (e-commerce). Adapun proses tranformasi tersebut melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu: a) tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan c) tahap pengembangan. Dapat disimpulkan perubahan sosial yang diakibatkan oleh pandemi covid-19 pada aspek ekonomi sektor UMKM di Konveksi Legok Jeungjing mengalami perubahan diakibatkan beberapa faktor baik kebijakan akibat pandemi dan pemanfaatan teknologi komunikasi melalui (e-commerce). ENGLISH : This research is based on social changes in various aspects, especially in the economic field of the UMKM sector, which is one of the contributors to providing job opportunities to the lower middle class faced with complex problems due to impacts. The process of adaptation to transformation into an alternative in maintaining stability, especially for business actors and UMKM workers. The purpose of this study is to find out the reasons, forms and stages of the transformation of UMKM’s convection Legok Jeungjing during the Covid-19 pandemic. The theory used in this study uses the social change theory of J.P Gillin and J.L Gillin, that the change that occurs as a variation of the way of life that has been accepted due to changes in conditions from various aspects. Furthermore, Durkheim's theory of social facts that in certain social conditions, social facts will be created that are not planned but are created because of the compulsion in implementing to adjust the existing circumstances. This research uses a quality approach with a dascriptive method. The data source consists of primary data sources obtained through interview and observation data collection techniques. The secondary data source is obtained through documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques using miles huberman's model include data reduction, data representation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the transformation of UMKM’s was carried out because of the background, namely: a) social changes due to covid-19 experience; b) government policy; c) utilization of information technology; d) be more efficient. The form of transformation is by changing a conventional business into an overall digital-based business, either production or sales, business actors take advantage of Internet facilities to sell (e-commerce). The transformation process goes through several stages, namely: a) the planning stage, the implementation stage, and c) the development stage. It can be concluded that the social changes caused by the Covid-19 pandemic in the economic aspects of the MSME sector in the Legok Jeungjing Convection have changed due to several factors, both policies due to the pandemic and the use of communication technology through (e-commerce).
