Abstract
Taman Hutan Raya Djuanda (Tahura) memiliki kondisi alam yang sesuai untuk pertumbuhan makrofungi. Informasi tentang jenis dan potensi makrofungi di Tahura masih terbatas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengumpulkan dan mengetahui jenis makrofungi di kawasan Perlindungan Tahura. Penelitian dilakukan dua kali pengambilan sampel dimulai pada November 2021 dan Februari 2022 menggunakan metode jelajah pada 4 jalur pada bulan November hingga Februari meliputi; Tonjong Sawah, Cibingkul, Pakar (1), Goa Belanda, Cibodas, Gunung Masigit, Seke Gede dan Pakar (2). Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling dan analisis data secara deskriptif. Identifikasi dilakukan berdasarkan karakteristik dari morfologi berupa warna, bentuk pileus, lamella, stipe, cincin dan substrat. Parameter lingkungan yang diamati meliputi pH tanah, kelembapan udara, suhu dan tutupan tajuk. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh makrofungi di Tahura Kawasan Perlindungan 83 jenis, 9 0rdo, 29 Famili dan 53 genus. Makrofungi yang ditemukan terdiri dari 2 Filum yaitu Ascomycota dan Basidiomycota. Ordo yang paling banyak ditemukan ialah Agaricales dengan total 15 Famili dan 47 jenis makrofungi, Famili dengan jenis paling banyak ditemukan dari Famili Mycena yaitu 6 Jenis. Ketinggian <1000 mdpl ditemukan 23 jenis makrofungi dan ketinggian >1000 mdpl ditemukan 64 jenis makrofungi. Berdasarkan potensi makrofungi pada 8 jalur diperoleh makrofungi sebagai bahan pangan, obat, pangan dan obat, non pangan, biodegradasi dan jamur yang belum diketahui potensinya. Kata kunci: Ascomycota, Basidiomycota, Inventarisasi, Makrofungi dan Tahura. Djuanda Forest Park (Tahura) has natural conditions that are suitable for macrofungi growth. Information about the types and potential of macrofungi in Tahura is still limited. The purpose of this study was to collect and determines the types of macrofungi in the Tahura Protection area. The study was conducted twice sampling starting in November 2021 and February 2022 using the roaming method on 4 lanes from November to February including; Tonjong Sawah, Cibingkul, Pakar (1), Goa Belanda, Cibodas, Gunung Masigit, Seke Gede and Pakar (2). Sampling with purposive sampling technique and descriptive data analysis. Identification was carried out based on the characteristics of morphology in the form of color, pileus shape, lamellae, stipe, ring and substrate. The environmental parameters observed included soil pH, humidity, temperature and canopy cover. Based on the research results obtained macrofungi in the protected area of Tahura is 83 species, 9 0rdo, 29 families and 53 genera. The macrofungi was found is from of 2 phyla, namely Ascomycota and Basidiomycota. The most commonly found order was Agaricales with a total of 15 families and 47 types of macrofungi, the family with the most species found from the Mycena family was 6 species. At an altitude of <1000 mdpl 23 types of macrofungi were found and at an altitude of >1000 mdpl, 64 types of macrofungi were found. Based on the potential of macrofungi in 8 pathways obtained macrofungi as food, medicine, food and medicine, non-food, biodegradation and fungi whose potency is not yet known.
