Abstract
The government hopes that the revenue from the terminal levy itself will always increase every year so that later the budget from the levy levy itself can become a support for more advanced and better regional development quickly if the funds are sufficient, but in 2021 the Government will enforce a policy on the Enforcement of Restrictions. Community activities aimed at reducing the transmission of the Covid-19 virus. Therefore, the purpose of holding this research is to find out how effective the collection of terminal fees during the PPKM period at DISHUB in Bandung is. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results of this study when viewed from the Effectiveness Indicator according to Duncan (1985) the collection of terminal fees during the PPKM period in Bandung City was not effective. This happens because there are no visitors or passengers so that the mandatory levy cannot pay the levy obligation.
