Abstract

INDONESIA : Dalam dewasanya perempuan telah menjadi korban kerasnya sistem sosial budaya yang ada, historis marginalisasi perempuan menjadi sistem yang tidak habisnya untuk dipertentangkan. Penanaman nilai serta pemahaman kepada kultur sosial yang ada menjadi memiliki nilai yang egaliter secara sosial, budaya ataupun hukum. Dalam ranah politik perempuan pun belum menjadi mitra sejajar bagi laki-laki, khususnya dalam hal pengambilan keputusan politik di dalam pengambilan keputusan kebijakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan bertujuan untuk memetakan secara rinci setiap data yang didapatkan. Analisis deskripsi dalam penelitian ini pun membantu untuk menjabarkan permasalahan yang ada agar menjadi lebih terstruktur secara teoritis. Dalam objek penelitian ini, Kesatuan Perempuan Partai Golkar (KPPG) dalam wilayah Kota Bandung sebagai salah satu sayap Partai Golkar dibentuk untuk mewadahi perempuan partai Golkar khususnya dalam proses pemberdayaan perempuan dalam ranah politik. KPPG menjadi suatu lembaga yang menaungi bagaimana proses pendidikan politik perempuan partai Golkar berjalan. Adapun peran dan hambatan mengenai kesadaran kolektif dari para kader tersebut mempengaruhi terhadap proses rekrutmen politik secara internal maupun eksternal, dimana hasil dari meningkatkan kesadaran, pemahaman serta partisipasi politik dapat dikatakan menjadi tolak ukur bagaimana partisipasi perempuan dalam politik benar-benar memiliki pengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan yang dilakukan oleh perempuan secara mandiri. ENGLISH : Women have become victims of the harshness of the existing socio-cultural system, the historical marginalization of women has become an endless system to be contested. Instilling values and understanding of the existing social culture will have egalitarian values socially, culturally or legally. Even in the political realm, women have not become equal partners for men, especially in terms of making political decisions in policy decision making. This research was conducted using qualitative methods, with the aim of mapping in detail each data obtained. The description analysis in this study also helps to describe the existing problems in order to be more structured theoretically. In the object of this research, the Kesatuan Perempuan Partai Golkar (KPPG) in the Bandung City area as one of the wings of the Golkar Party was formed to accommodate women from the Golkar party, especially in the process of empowering women in the political sphere. KPPG is an institution that oversees how the political education process for women in the Golkar party runs. The roles and barriers regarding the collective awareness of these cadres affect the political recruitment process internally and externally, where the results of increasing awareness, understanding and political participation can be said to be a benchmark for how women's participation in politics really has an influence on decision making. carried out by women independently.
