Abstract

Indramayu District Court in order to improve excellent service to the community, with efforts to respond to complaints from the public through a public innovation through the One Hour Service Program at the Indramayu District Court. This study aims to analyze the innovation of public services through the One Hour Service Program at the Class IB Indramayu District Court. The method used in this research is an approach with a case study approach, data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews and documentation. The results show that the one-hour service inovation program at the Indramayu District Court can be said to run well and is accepted by the community, especially court users where this one-hour service innovation program has advantages in terms of the fast service time provided by the Indramayu District Court. The establishment of this One Hour Service innovation program is to meet the needs of the community, especially court users regarding the speed of time, and the service process related to existing mechanisms and procedures is not complicated. In other words, the One Hour Service program innovation at the Indramayu District Court can overcome speed problems. service time provided. Although in general the One Hour Service innovation program is running well, there are still a few obstacles in information technology and networks which at any time can hinder the One Hour Service service process from being realized, even though there has been follow-up and continuous development.
